  Description

  Hi!! We are an open minded and easy going couple, we both speak English ( I also speak French and Dutch) and we love travelling, culture, nature and good food . We used to live in Girona, a small city near Barcelona, but some years ago we decided to change our life and we moved to a small village near the coast in a beautiful area called the Costa Brava, where I started to run my family business, a diving school. Xavi works on several projects related to visual arts and music and is used to travel quite often.
  We are looking for someone fun and easy going who helps us take care of our two children, Maia who´s 7 years old, and Lluc who´s 5 years. Maia is a very nice girl, with whom it´s great to spend time with! And Lluc is an energetic little man, who´s always smiling!

  We live in a little paradise on the Costa Brava, were people come for holidays! So you would have the opportunity to explore the region, have a car, motorbike or bycicle to do so!. We also have a kayak and a paddle board ;-)
  I run a diving center so you would have the chance to do either a Try dive or a Open Water course for free, depending on the lenght of your stay!
  If you want to learn spanish, we can easily talk to you in Spanish to help you, though I have warn that in this region people tend to talk in Catalan, though if you ask, everyone speaks spanish ;-)

  Aide

  Basically we look for someone to help us with our kids, so depending on our routine, but I would say every morning till lunch time for sure, taking care of the kids, cook for them, do activities with them ( we appreciate if you can teach them a bit of English, read to them, play with them...not only overlooking them).
  
  You have plenty of activities to do with them here in the area, the beach, nature, parks, going on the boat!
  
  We would also like that you could stay with them some evenings, as we would like to go out with our friends.
  
  Even though we have a cleaning person that comes once a week, you should also help us out a bit with household duties, such as laundry and keeping the children´s rooms organised. Nothing big, but as you will be part of our family, we expect that you collaborate too!
  
  ****It is very important that you have a valid driving license and that you´re used to drive, as it´s necessary in the area we live in****
  
  You would have one day and a half free or two full days for yourself for sure every week, and if you need some other days, we are always flexible!
  
  We are looking for someone who´s fun and quite independent, who likes to enjoy life with us, but also is able to make her/his own plans in the evening or on her/his days off.
