Hi Workawayers
  
  This is Steve in Ericeira Portugal.
  
  We are looking to bring in some new Workawayers to help with our Surfcamp team.
  
  We are looking for people that are over 23 years old, positive, honest, clean, serious & committed with a high attention to detail in every role they are asked to do. Below are some of the areas we need help with
  
  START DATE from Early May

  --------x1 Team Chef
  
  -BBQ 1x night per week preparing Salads & side dishes for BBQ up to 30 people, with help from our team but keeping a high attention to detail in presentation & flavour , (Not needed to make the fire or to cook meat)
  
  -5x mornings per week Preparing & serving Continental Breakfast for staff & guests with a high attention to detail in presentation.
  
  -5x Cooking dinner for Magikvanilla Team (8 people)
  Tasty & Filling dishes on a budget to keep the team happy 😃 We serve these in Big pots, trays or bowls & the team help them self
  
  Just to let you know we are not looking for a professional chef but we do need someone with solid kitchen skills & that loves cooking ;) We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a team, enjoys cooking and knows what is going to taste good or bad, Ideally you can cook different & tasty dishes using normal food on a sensible budget.
  
  We are also looking for someone who has good energy in the morning & Clean

  -- Hoovering & washing floors in the common spaces

  --Above are the main tasks but there may also be other things we need help with, so we are looking for people with a positive, energetic, can do attitude. That want to help the team..

  - 7 Breakfast & 7 Evening meals per week

  - We provide the minimum wage in Portugal for all hours workawayed. Workaways need to have legal status to work & stay in Europe & a valid Portuguese NIF (Número de Identificação Fiscal) so that they pass a receipt (Recibo Verde).
  
  This workaway would suit someone that likes to surf as you can surf in your free time.

  Ericeira is a beautiful town with great beaches, nice restaurants & welcoming summer vibe. In 2011 it was granted World Surf Reserve Status, to help preserve the beautiful area & beaches, we are just 45km from Lisbon & 40km from Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage site).
  Workawayers can have a great experience helping at our hostel, meeting different people from all over Europe and have use of equipment in spare time.
