Description
Hi,
We live on a beautiful beach in New Zealand (Stanmore Bay). It is 30 minutes north of Auckland, our biggest city. We have 3 adjoining properties with a large garden. We need help with garden maintenance, mainly pruning and carting. The properties are reasonably steep so you need to be fit. We will work with you, so would prefer it if you were happy to work weekends and have a couple of days off mid-week instead.
We are a couple in our late 50s.
In exchange we will let you use the house next door to our main house, which we rent out as a holiday home over summer. It is fully furnished and well appointed. It has wifi and sky tv. There are boogie boards and 2 kayaks to use. If you want to look at the house -ask us for our link to booking site. We will, of course, provide food etc as required.
You will be responsible for keeping the house clean.
We do not want anyone until after 22 July 2018.
Finally, we have a lot of stone landscaping features that need some repairs so a stone mason would be very welcome.
The property is not suitable for children.

Stanmore Bay is a beautiful beach. It is only 30 minutes from Auckland, non peak. There are many beautiful state parks nearby to walk in.

See above, the house is separate and self contained. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
We will provide all food but you will cook for yourself. The house has an undercover gas barbecue.
