I am a cordial and educated person. I have my own carpentry business. I am a plastic artist and I run an art gallery in my own home, in an attached room. I like sports, surfing, kayaking, biking, etc. I consider myself fun and outgoing.

I live in the most central and magical place in Coín. The street is pedestrian, very quiet and pleasant.

My Home has different floors, the one below is an art gallery with various eventual exhibitions, there is also a wonderful and old ruin from the (16th century) where it is assumed that he wrote "Cervantes", part of the book "DON QUIXOTE OF LA MANCHA".

The first floor has a dining room, kitchen, dressing room, toilet, balcony, painting studio.
On the second floor, a nice bedroom with a skylight, for guests.
A large bathroom, a laundry room, and my personal bedroom.
The last floor is a wonderful terrace with barbecue, views of the mountains and the bell tower of "San Juan" (main church of Coín)

There are two small upper terraces where you can better see the stars or sunbathe.

The house is efficient and sustainable. It has an energy plant (solar panels)

Soy una persona amble y educada. Tengo mi propio negocio de carpintería. Soy artista plástico y regento una galería de arte en mi propio hogar, en un local anexo. Me gusta el deporte, surfing ,kayak, bici , etc . Me considero divertido y extrovertido.

Vivo en el lugar mas céntrico y mágico de Coín. La calle es peatonal, muy silenciosa y agradable.

Mi Hogar tiene diferentes plantas, la de abajo es una galería de arte con diversas exposiciones eventuales , también hay una maravillosa y antigua ruina del (S.XVI) Donde se presupone escribió "Cervantes", parte del Libro "DON QUIJOTE DE LA MANCHA".

En la planta primera hay un comedor ,cocina ,vestidor, aseo, balcón estudio de pintura.
En la segunda planta hay un bonito dormitorio con claraboya, para invitados.
Un gran baño, lavandería y mi dormitorio personal.
La ultima planta es una terraza con barbacoa, vistas a las montañas y al campanario de "San Juan" (principal iglesia de Coín)

Hay dos pequeñas terrazas superiores donde poder mejor ver las estrellas o tomar el sol.

La casa es eficiente y sostenible. Dispone de una central Energética (placas solares)
wifi, acceso solo para residente carga y descarga, Parking a 150 Metro.
