Description
We are a small family-run business in Brenzone on beautiful Lake Garda, Italy, where we have created a special place with a lot of passion and dedication.
My wife Verena and I took over a small hotel directly on the lakefront and lovingly renovated it. Today, it is a charming boutique hotel with nine rooms and a warm, personal atmosphere.
Verena is a professionally trained hospitality specialist and manages the hotel with great experience and dedication. Our son Mats runs the bar and is passionate about creating high-quality cocktails and his own signature drinks.
I personally run it, our professional watersports centre. We specialise in kitesurfing, wingfoiling and wakeboarding, and also offer stand-up paddleboarding and e-foiling. As experienced instructors, we place great importance on professional training, safety and the personal development of our trainees.
We welcome motivated, open-minded and reliable people to join our international team. We combine a friendly, family-like atmosphere with professional guidance and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience.
Our team brings together people from different countries and cultures, with English as our common language.
For 2027, we offer two different opportunities: training and practical experience in hospitality and gastronomy, or joining our professional Watersports Instructor Academy.
Both programmes have their own responsibilities, training opportunities and conditions, which we explain separately in the following sections. -

Join an international team of young people from different countries and cultures, living and working together in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Garda, with endless opportunities for outdoor activities and exploring the region.
Hospitality Academy: Gain valuable hands-on experience in professional hotel management, hospitality and gastronomy, guided by experienced professionals. After a minimum stay of 10 weeks, participants can receive a BAIA certificate recognising their practical experience and newly acquired skills.
Watersports Instructor Academy: A unique opportunity to enter the professional watersports industry through structured training in kitesurfing and wingfoiling, leading towards two internationally recognised VDWS Instructor qualifications. -

BAIA – Hospitality Team 2027
For our small, family-run boutique hotel directly on Lake Garda, we are looking for two motivated, reliable people who enjoy hospitality, working independently and being part of an international team.
Position 1 – Breakfast & Guest Service
After personal training with Verena, you will independently organise and manage our hotel breakfast.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:30 AM, followed by our team brunch at 11 AM.
Your responsibilities include preparing and presenting the breakfast buffet, looking after our guests and keeping the breakfast area clean and organised.
We are looking for someone friendly, responsible and well-organised who enjoys working independently.
Position 2 – Team Cook & Guest Snacks
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for cooking. You don't need to be a professional chef, but you should enjoy preparing good food and organising a small kitchen.
Your main responsibilities will be preparing simple, varied evening meals for our international team and making snacks and light dishes for our hotel and lounge guests during your working hours.
Creativity, reliability and the ability to work independently are important to us.
International Kite & Wingfoil Instructor Academy 2027
We offer a complete training programme leading towards two internationally recognised VDWS Instructor qualifications in Kitesurfing and Wingfoiling.
Your journey in 4 steps: Learn & Train – Get familiar with our watersports centre, learn kitesurfing and wingfoiling, and develop your personal skills. Assistant Instructor – Gain practical teaching experience alongside our professional instructors. Become an Instructor – Gradually take on more responsibility while continuously improving your teaching abilities and your own watersports skills. VDWS Instructor Examinations – Complete the official 10-day VDWS training and examination programme for both Kite and Wingfoil in October 2027.

Our staff house is in a unique location directly above Lake Garda, between our watersports centre and hotel.
Accommodation is in shared rooms with two or more people, similar to a hostel. Private rooms are not available.
For sociable people who enjoy shared living, it is a wonderful place to stay. -

Our hospitality team members also have the opportunity to try watersports such as kitesurfing, wingfoiling, stand-up paddleboarding and e-foiling, depending on availability, weather conditions and individual skill levels.
