Aide
On a day to day work, workaways will be helping with tendering to the livestock (feeding, watering, cleaning of units) in the farm (rabbits, poultry and goats), helping with weeding, harvesting, and processing of farm output for value addition.
Given that we are developing an agricultural educational farm/institution, ability to provide best agricultural practices and innovative solution to the farm is very critical. Due to this, we would be very delighted to hosts who can either provide any additional skill into the farm, or ready to learn some new practices. Also, any help with ideas on how to improve our farming practices, management and impact in the community will be helpful.
We do not ask for payment and the regular expenses are normally covered by the farm.Langues

We have different options for our guests. This ranges from farm stay with the farm manager, home stay with the farm owners or guest house for the farm. This will largely depend with the guest preference. From experience, farm stay seems to be the most preferred option by guests.
At the farm we grow variety of vegetables, fruits and animal products which comprises about 70% of the food in the farm. In addition, we do monthly/weekly budgets, factoring in guests interests, reasonability and ability for the farm and hosts to provide. We endeavor to meet these interest to the best of our ability, providing 3 meals per day.
The current farm house is made of iron sheet, well insulated and with electricity and water. There are plans to improve the structure to a more permanent one. In addition, if the workawayers would wish to stay off the farm, the farm owns a guesthouse which is located 10km away from the farm site.Autres infos...
We are open to workawayers from different cultural, social or religious background, and in any number or gender.
