  We require a professional Wordpress programmer to build our professional, dynamic website. Fully optimized from ''zero'' for our Hostel, for our Travel Agency and other 03 websites directly related to our business. You don't need to build all of them, it's just to keep in mind what we have on our plans.
  Of course, if you want you can build all or some of them. It will depend a lot on how the first one turns out, the availability of your time, and the most important one. The agreements we can get each other.
  We don't require beginners or medium experienced people. We require someone with extensive proven experienced person.

  OUR HOSTEL:
  
  We are a small local tourism company that is focused on sustainable tourism in and around Cusco and Peru.
  
  Our hostel located in the heart of the city. We are a few steps away from the main central market of San Pedro. Our Hostel has private rooms, private bathrooms, TV cable and shared dorms with shared bathrooms, 2 terraces overlooking the city, big living room with big TV screen and right beside that our well-equipped common kitchen area for all our guests.
  
  There are also personal lockers in each of our shared dorms as well as lockers in our common areas.
  
  Our bathrooms are equipped with gas powered hot showers and there is WIFi throughout our hostel which includes the rooms.
  
  In our very own lounge bar you will be able to enjoy a delicious meal or a drink during your stay.
  
  Our Hostel to or from the main plaza takes less than 15 minutes by foot and 5 minutes to or from San Pedro local market.
  
  OUR TRAVEL AGENCY:
  
  Our in-house travel company in the hostel offers all kind of tours and packages to different attractions in Peru, most of our tours currently are in the Cusco region. Our top destination being Machu Picchu. We offer the Classic Inka Trail, Salkantay Trek, Inka Jungle, Machu Picchu by train, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, The sacred valley, Quad Tours, Mountain biking tours, Zip lining and many more.
  
  We also offer our own in house transport to and from Machu Picchu by van or by car to Hidro Electric – Aguas Calientes. The most economical way to get to Machu Picchu without using the expensive old blue train company. We don’t want to improvise, we don’t want to stop in the past, we want to be innovative, creative for which we need your help, those little ideas that makes big differences. We want our staff to work in comfortable, innovated, motivated and well trained conditions.

  There are lots of things to do and see in Cusco from hiking, trekking to visiting archaeological sites. While you volunteer with us, you will experience Cusco and surroundings like a local.
  
  Practicing and improving your Spanish, experiencing local customs, visiting hidden places and enjoying trips and meals with the owners family and friends.
  
  A true way to experience the Peruvian culture and customs.

  FOR THE HOSTEL:
  
  We would like to find someone with plenty of experience who has worked in different hostels around the globe to help us manage our hostel. Training us with check in/ check outs, payments, guests control, hostel rules, staff rules, organising activities for the guests, organising workshops to interact with our staff. Help us innovate ways to make sure that all our guests have an amazing stay with us.
  
  ARTWORK:
  
  We have plenty of spaces where you can design and paint your wall-mural art around our hostel.
  
  BAR INTERIOR DESIGN ASSISTANCE:
  
  We just finished our in-house lounge bar exclusively for hostel guests. Missing the interior design, thematic, colors, furniture, ornamentation etc
  
  FOR OUR DIGITAL VOLUNTEERS (BLOGGERS, SOCIAL MEDIA, COPY WRITERS):
  
  We are looking for volunteers to help in different areas for such as graphic design, video content designers, content writers, social media, bloggers and digital marketing. In overall people with branding skills to improve our online presence. Tourism students are welcome as well.
  
  PROFESSIONAL FILM VOLUNTEERS:
  
  We need film volunteers to help us create amazing videos, including drone shots for our hostel and for our tours. Amazing way to experience our tours by taking film footage and creating amazing videos for our Hostel and Travel Agency.
  
  TRANSLATORS - CONTENT WRITERS:
  
  We need volunteers to translate content for us that would include content form our blogs, PDF guidelines, website etc.
  
  At this moment the following languages are needed:

  ENGLISH TO GERMAN
  
  If you know any other language then feel free to contact us for more information, we are open to any language translations.

  Hébergement

  You will get your own private room, private bathroom and sometimes if we have more than one work awayer, sharing the same room (Girls and Guys will be separated). Two meals a day - breakfast and lunch and use our all hostel facilities we have here for our guests, etc.

  REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent English speaker or English native speaker – if you speak at least a basic Spanish this will be an advantage.
  
  Digital Volunteers need to have there own your own laptop.
  
  We are NOT looking for party people on vacation. We are NOT looking for people who want to just be fed and housed for free in exchange for a bit of work.
  
  We only accept minimum one month volunteers as this includes cultural experiences and the first week is normally a get to know each other and surroundings.
