  Description

  Welcome! I live in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment located in a quiet, family-friendly residential area, just a short walk from the M4 Kozyatağı Metro Station. Our home is bright, clean, and will be decorated in a modern, cozy Scandinavian (Hygge) style. I am friendly, enjoy meeting new people, and am happy to share my local knowledge of Istanbul.
  
  We are looking for self-motivated and respectful volunteers to help with a few projects and daily tasks, helping us keep our lovely home tidy and ready for our next projects.

  Aide

  (Approx. 20-25 hours per week)
  We are looking for help approximately 4–5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Your tasks will be a mix of ongoing household maintenance, home improvement projects, and language exchange:
  
  1. Childcare & Language Exchange (High Priority):
  
  Spend dedicated time (1-2 hours daily) playing, reading, and interacting with my 3-year-old nephew entirely in English. This is primarily for speaking practice and play-based learning. (We are looking for someone patient and energetic!)
  
  2. Home Organization & Styling:
  
  Help re-arranging furniture for optimal flow, tackling clutter, organizing cabinets, and assisting with small styling projects.
  
  3. Cleaning & Maintenance:
  
  Regular daily/weekly tasks including vacuuming, mopping floors, deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, and handling laundry.
  
  4. Kitchen Help:
  
  Assisting with preparing simple, shared meals (if you enjoy cooking!), and daily dishwashing and tidying after meals.
  
  5. Creative Projects (If skilled):
  
  Painting interior walls, and sanding/staining small wooden items (please let us know if you have prior experience).

  Hébergement

  You will have your own private, clean room in the apartment. The room is furnished in a simple, minimalist style.
  
  Meals: We will provide ingredients for breakfast. We often cook dinner together, sharing costs or taking turns cooking.

  Respectful and Quiet: Our neighborhood is conservative and family-oriented, so we require guests who are quiet, responsible, and respect the local environment.
  
  No Bad Habits: We strictly prohibit smoking (of any kind), drug use, loud parties, and excessive alcohol consumption on the premises.
  
  Independent: You should be able to manage your tasks efficiently and work independently.
  
  Minimum Stay: We prefer volunteers who can commit to at least a few days.
