  Description

  We are a family living in Bologna, with two little girls, Annik (9 years old) and Anaïs (6). Mom Ajna was born in Sarajevo, dad Alessandro is from Bologna. We also have a beautiful little house on the hills/mountains located between Bologna and Florence (called the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines) that needs a lot of care and maintenance, both in the large garden and for the house.
  Siamo una famiglia che vive a Bologna, con due piccole bimbe, Annik (9 anni) e Anaïs (6). La mamma Ajna è nata a Sarajevo, il papà Alessandro è bolognese. Abbiamo inoltre una bella casetta sulle colline/montagne situate tra Bologna e Firenze (chiamate Appennino Tosco-Emiliano) che necessita di tante cure e manutenzione, sia nell'ampio giardino che per la casa.

  Bologna is a city full of stimuli, it is a university city full of events and things to do. Furthermore, if you are interested in our work areas, from mum Ajna you can understand how the world of migrants and refugees in Italy is approached, while from dad Alessandro you can have notions of pedagogy and science of education, being a professor at the University of Bologna. Finally, if Alessandro can illustrate the culture and gastronomy of Bologna, the context from which mum Ajna comes, Bosnia and Herzegovina, is certainly full of ideas and interesting stories. We are a family who likes to go out in the city, go on bike excursions in the parks, we like to visit some interesting exhibitions, we love tra celling and discover the world, but also take refuge in our house in Castiglione, always open for lunches and dinners with friends or trips to the woods. Most of all we like cooking good food and have a good wine :)!
  
  Bologna è una città ricca di stimoli, è una città universitaria piena di eventi e cose da fare. Inoltre, se interessati ai nostri ambiti lavorativi, da mamma Ajna potrete capire come si approccia il mondo dei migranti e rifugiati in Italia, mentre da papà Alessandro potrete avere nozioni di pedagogia e scienzae dell'educazione, essendo un professore dell'Università di Bologna. Infine, se Alessandro vi può illustrare la cultura e gastronomia bolognese, il contesto dal quale proviene la mamma Ajna, la Bosnia ed Erzegonvina, è sicuramente ricco di spunti e storie interessanti. Siamo una famiglia a cui piace uscire in città, fare escursioni in bicicletta nei parchi, ci piace visitare qualche mostra interessante, amiamo viaggiare e scoprire il mondo, ma anche rifugiarci nella nostra casa a Castiglione, sempre aperta per pranzi e cene con amici o gite nei boschi. Più di tutto ci piace il cibo e il buon vino :)!

  Aide

  We would need both a few hours of babysitting and cleaning when we are in Bologna, and help with the various jobs in the house in Castiglione dei Pepoli. These jobs can be of various nature such as gardening (cutting grass, pruning plants and trees) or maintenance (painting, plastering, working with wood, cleaning the swimming pool ). All these jobs will be done in our company, or if we do them ourselves, we need babysitting with the girls, to allow us to work peacefully. We usually spend time in the house in the mountains in the summer or in the spring / autumn periods.
  In Bologna, the girls go to school and leave the house at 7:40, sometimes it will be necessary to accompany them in the morning to the school bus and pick them up in the evening, at 5 pm, to accompany them to afternoon activities. It would be fantastic to have a driving license.
  
  Avremmo bisogno sia di qualche ora di baby sitting e pulizie quando siamo a Bologna, sia di aiuto per i vari lavori nella casa a Castiglione dei Pepoli. Questi lavori possono essere di varia natura come giardinaggio (taglio erba, potature piante e alberi) o di manutenzione (imbiancare, stuccare, lavorare con il legno, pulire la piscina). Tutti questi lavori saranno fatti in nostra compagnia, oppure se li facciamo noi, abbiamo bisogno di baby sitting con le bimbe, per permetterci di lavorare tranquillamente. Di solito passiamo il tempo nella casa in montagna d'estate oppure nei periodi primavera /autunno.
  
  A Bologna, le bambine vanno a scuola ed escono di casa alle 7:40, a volte sarà necessario accompagnarle la mattina allo scuola bus e prenderle la sera, alle 17, per accompagnarle alle attività pomeridiane. Sarebbe fantastico avere la patente guida.

  It would be great to have a language exchange, dedicating some time to the girls for exercises. We would like an exchange between English and Italian, or between the languages of the former Yugoslavia countries (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Montenegrin), since the mom Ajna is not able to practice these languages at home. Sarebbe ottimale poter fare scambio linguistico dedicando anche un po' di tempo alle bambine per gli esercizi. Ci piacerebbe lo scambio tra l'nglese e italiano, o tra le lingue di provenienza di Ajna del territorio former Yugoslavia ( bosniaco, croato, serbo, montenegrino), visto che non so riesce a praticare queste lingue in casa.

  Hébergement

  In our apartment in Bologna (15/20 minutes walk from the center) we offer a small but comfortable bedroom, with a queen-size bed and a desk. The only "flaw" is that we only have one bathroom, so 5 of us will have to organize ourselves! The rest of the apartment is made up of 2 more bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room.
  In the house in the mountains, however, the bedroom is larger and there are two bathrooms. The house in the mountains is surrounded by greenery, with a swimming pool (7mt), it is made up of 3 bedrooms, two small living rooms, a dining room and a kitchenette. It is a slightly rustic house but comfortable and with all the services! It is certainly a natural context, with a few insects here and there!
  We like to cook and share food with those who visit us. You can eat meals with us, unless you want to cook for yourself. We prefer vegetables to meat, although not all of us are vegetarians.
  
  Nel nostro appartamento a Bologna (a 15/20 min a piedi dal centro) offriamo una cameretta piccola ma confortevole, con un letto ad una piazza e mezza ed una scrivania. L'unico "neo" è che abbiamo un bagno solo, quindi in 5 bisognerà organizzarsi! Il resto dell'appartamento è composto da altre 2 camere da letto, una cucina e un salotto.
  Nella casa in montagna invece la camera è più grande, c'è un letto matrimoniale e ci sono due bagni. La casa in montagna è immersa nel verde, con una piscina di 7 mt, è composta da 3 camere da letto, due piccoli soggiorni, sala da pranzo e cucinetta. È una casa un po' rustica ma confortevole e con tutti i servizi!
  Di certo è un contesto in natura, con qualche insettino qua e là!
  Ci piace cucinare e condividere il cibo con chi ci farà visita. Si potranno consumare i pasti insieme a noi, a meno che non si voglia cucinare per sé. Noi preferiamo le verdure alla carne, anche se non tutti siamo vegetariani.

  Normally in Bologna you can easily move around by bike or on foot. In the house in the mountains, being 5/7 km from the town, it is always necessary to move around by car. For stays in the summer period the length of stay can last from 2 to 3 weeks since you will certainly be moving for a longer period in the mountains. In other months we prefer a week or 10 days. Compatibly with the weather we will always try to take you to the house in the mountains for at least a weekend.
  
  Normalmente a Bologna ci si muove tranquillamente in bicicletta o a piedi.
  Nella casa in montagna, essendo a 5/7 km dal paese è sempre necessario muoversi in macchina.
  Per i soggiorni nel periodo estivo il tempo di permanenza può durare dalle 2 alle 3 settimane poiché sicuramente ci si sposta per un periodo più lungo in montagna. In altri mesi preferiamo una settimana o 10 giorni. Compatibilmente con il tempo cercheremo sempre di portarvi nella casa in montagna almeno per un weekend.
  Amiamo cucinare e condividere i pasti, non sarà un problema condividerli con chi verrà.
