  Hello dear Workawayer!
  
  We are a warm and open-minded family living in the idyllic village of Laufach - the welcoming "Gateway to the Spessart" - in the Northern Bavaria. We are looking for a friendly and responsible person who would like to help us with our children and some household tasks.
  
  About us:
  We are a family of five: Svenja, Elmar, and our three wonderful daughters Lotta (3), Lilly (2) and Merle (0). We love spending time outdoors, cooking and travelling. We have a relaxed and loving atmosphere, and we look forward to welcoming someone into our family who shares our interests and wants to get involved. Elmar works in the mornings and some afternoons, while Svenja is at home on maternity leave.
  
  Your tasks:
  Assisting with childcare: activities, playing and accompanying Svenja to leisure activities, mostly in the mornings while Elmar is at work.
  Household Tasks: cooking and gelping tidying up after three little Kids.
  
  In total, you can expect about three hours of help per day, divided into several smaller time units while helping Svenja or in one piece while helping Elmar in the garden.
  
  What we offer:
  A cosy room and full board.
  Flexible hours by arrangement that leave room for your own activities. Evenings are usually free.
  The opportunity to learn German or improve your language skills.
  Take part in our family activities and excursions.
  An insight into the local culture and way of life.
  
  Our region:
  Laufach is a charming community near Aschaffenburg, nestled in the beautiful nature of the Spessart Mountains. The area offers many walking and cycling trails as well as idyllic countryside to relax in. Aschaffenburg itself, just a short drive or train ride away, offers many cultural attractions, such as Johannisburg Palace and various museums. You can enjoy the quiet, rural atmosphere while still being close to major cities such as Frankfurt and Würzburg.
  
  What we are looking for:
  
  Reliability, having fun doing some handiwork tasks and a sense of responsibility in dealing with our children.
  
  Basic knowledge of German or English would be helpful.

  We are living in the north of bavaria not far away from hessen. Here you will see a traditonal life in a small village. There are a typical german bakery and butcher. On the other side you can take the train to Frankfurt and see the skyline and enjoy the city life.
