You always hope that when you get to your next Work Away that it will be as good as you imagined.
Roz And Jim did not disappoint! Roz greeted me as I came thru the gate at the train station with a warm smile.
I immediately felt comfortable and knew this was going to be good.
The couple were leaving the next morning for their holiday but before
… read more doing so Roz made a a delicious supper while we had some good chat to get to know one another.
They have a beautiful home. The bedroom has plenty of room, en suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink & a large window looking out toward the forest across the street.
There’s also a bedside table, large dresser, and desk.
The lounge area is very cozy with a large T.V.
Spending time with Percy & Remy was such a pleasure. They are so well behaved and so enjoyable to care for. Walking thru the Forest is so beautiful and so fun to explore.
I am not shy so I met and chatted with quite a few people also walking their dogs.
I think the boys enjoyed there snuggles , I sure did! I sure needed some doggie love and they are the best.
The nearby town of Forest Row is a cute little town to visit with several shops and a cozy pub.
I love cooking and was happy to greet Roz & Jim home with a warm pot of soup.
I highly recommend this couple and their handsome, well behaved boys, Percy & Remy
Thank you Roz & Jim for the opportunity to care for and love the boys and to meet such a nice couple as yourself.
Who knows maybe we’ll meet again some day. That would be nice😊

Deana came to house sit and look after our 2 labrador dogs for a week whilst we were away. We spent a very pleasant evening with her before we headed off for our holiday the next morning. Deana sent us photos and updates of our the boys whilst we were away. We came home to a clean and tidy house and happy dogs with waggy tails. Deana had made us
… read more the most delicious tai butternut soup and homemade bread for when we arrived home. A lovely touch. She had also deep cleaned our rather dirty hob filters for us! Thanks Deana, it was a pleasure to meet you.
Our experience with the lovely dogs was so wonderful!! We were thinking about how is possible to have affection for the other ones in such a short time, in this case 9 days, we miss a lot Percy and Remy; what a wonderful, well behaved and playful dogs!! xoxo
Jim kindly took us from the airport and Roz prepared a tasty lunch and dinner for inviting
… read more us, we felt pretty welcome, they explained pretty well the activities and even show us where to walk the dogs in the lovely Ashdown Forest, we had a lot of fun there with the dogs. There we also could work online so comfortable and visit Brighton and Pooh’s Corner.
Once again thanks for the chance and we hope all of you (with the boys of course) always have a happy live together 💗
Diana and Victor were great house and pet sitters. Communication before and during the sit was very good. We spent a day with them before we headed off on holiday, showing them round the house and they got to know Percy and Remy, going out for a couple of walks with them. They sent us some lovely videos each day of their walks with Percy and Remy.

Tal came to housesit and look after our 2 labradors (puppy and dog) for us whilst myself and my husband were on holiday. Tal arrived a couple of days before I went away (my husband had gone a couple of days earlier), so that she could get to know the dogs and I could ensure that she felt comfortable looking after them. Percy and Remy our dogs were

What a beautiful time I had looking after Percy for 10 days and Ralph for 5 days. Roz made me feel so comfortable right away and cooked a meal for us the night before, so I really felt welcomed & at home instantly - thank you Roz. Their home is absolutely lovely, tidy, and inviting. I could feel a lot of love inside and it was a pleasure to stay here. The walks just on their doorstep are also magnificent, so peaceful & serene! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed taking the dogs out for long walks in all of the scenery.
Both Percy and Ralph are so well behaved and I trusted them both wholeheartedly off the lead. They are both very well trained which made the sit so smooth & easy! As I looked after Percy for longer I really got to know him well, and he is just so sweet, well natured, and constantly happy (he rarely stops wagging his tail and you can’t help but smile!!). I do miss him.

I spent a very pleasant evening with Kat the night before I headed off to Spain (my husband James had gone a couple of days earlier). … read more away, clearly showing that Percy was having a lot of fun and some lovely walks. We returned home to a happy Percy and it was very clear he had been loved and well looked after. The house was very clean and tidy.
In addition Kat looked after our daughter's dog Ralph during the sit as our daughter was joining us in Spain for 5 days. Also Kat's boyfriend joined her for a few days during the sit and it was clear from the videos that he Percy was comfortable with him too.
Kat gave me confidence right from the start that she would look after Percy, Ralph and our house, and she certainly did do that! We would definitely recommend Kat to house and pet sit. We would love her to be able to house sit for us again in the future.
