  Hi, my name is Lisa and we live near Torino, a beautiful city in northern Italy. Me and Luca have two daughters (age 3 and 1) and a dog, we live in a big appartment with a beautiful view on the mountains and a little garden.

  We believe in the importance of meaningful connections and cultural enrichment, and we look forward to sharing and learning together. We love to live as much as possible family moments together, cooking meals, doing some gardening, going downtown for a walk or a ride along the river or in the mountains for a hike. We deeply know Turin, our hometown: Luca has even been involved in the local city council for five years. So we could tell you many things to do, hidden spots to visit, the best fairs and so on. And of course, we can teach you the first steps into italian cooking!

  Aide

  We would need some help around the house: cooking, cleaning, doing some work in the garden. The kids are growing up bilingual, as my mother (their grandmother) is german, so we would appreciate if you could speak german as well. But any foreign language would represent an interesting cultural exchange!

  I speak many languages as I lived abroad in different occasions, Luca speaks english and understands a few words in german. Our older daughter speaks italian and understands german, The little one says "da da da da" and sometimes "mamama"!!

  Hébergement

  We offer a big and almost independent (it has its own access) room in the attic, with a little bathroom (sink, WC and bidet). The shower is downstairs. We are usually in a hurry at breakfast, so some help would be very usefull to preprare the meal. For lunch there is usually the babysitter or the grandmother at home with our little one, so you could help them with preparing lunch (both are excellent cooks!). We usually eat all together for dinner , on the terrace if its nice weather or outside in the summer!

  Autres infos...

  Turin is a big city and has a lot to offer. From our home its 30 minutes by bus. Our house is in the Natural Park of Superga, where you can walk or ride a mountain bike. Turin is very close to the Alps were you can hike in the summer or ski in the winter. Moreover the seaside is not so far! Not far away you can also find the wineyards of Langhe and Monferrato.

  We have a good wi-fi connection and in your room there is a desk where you could work, if you need. But you can also work from the terrace or the garden if you like!
