Guest house/ Retreat center is hiring for a paid position as co - Hotel/Guest Manager
The guest house is located in Douar Laadam, a 20 minute drive from the centre of Marrakech
One-year minimum commitment.
We have 3 dogs and 2 cats.

Role Description:
The Hotel/Guest Manager is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure an excellent guest experience and efficient service delivery. This full-time, on-site role in Marrakesh includes managing front desk and reception activities, supervising housekeeping and food & beverage service, and coordinating with external partners as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills and experience overseeing guest relations and reception duties.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with diverse guests and staff.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Ability to live on-site in Marrakesh and maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. -

There are numerous activities from helping supervise the gardeners and assisting with the vegetable garden, working on new client development for workshops we host, helping with house improvements and maintenance and assisting in teaching new recipes to the cooks or helping with retail and social media.

You'll have a room with a bathroom in a house and 3 meals a day provided for.

We have two guest houses and two bungalows which we rent out, that can accommodate 16 people. We try to be eco-friendly: conserving water for irrigation and recycling when possible.
