  Description

  I am a single man, living on my farm in the jungles of the Yungas of the Province of Jujuy, Argentina. I am the father of a young woman (Camilla) living and studying in the city of Rosario in Santa Fe. My farm is inserted in the same jungle and there developing various sustainable productive activities, such as forestry enrichment fifth of fruit trees, small vineyard, and growing chilto (tamarillo) (tomato tree or tree tomato), among others.
  
  I have a nice and comfortable house built will finish shortly. On the farm a person works from Monday to Friday and other temporarily. The farm is located in the vicinity of Calilegua National Park and within the Biosphere Reserve of the Yungas. Also with my family other forms a protected area called Arroyo Lapachal Private Reserve. the rest of my family lives in the city of San Salvador de Jujuy distant 150 km (3 hrs.) of my house. I have experiences with interns from other countries, university students and some tourists. Need help to advance various activities to the undertakings that before detail, especially related to the sustainable production of chilto. The landscapes are beautiful and my very special neighbors. This is an area with a culture and attractive traditions. People who have been sharing with me have felt very comfortable and have learned everything.
  
  Soy Matías Entrocassi Fassinato, vivo en mi finca llamada La Camila del Tuscal, en las Selvas de las Yungas de la Provincia de Jujuy, República Argentina. Soy padre de una joven llamada Camila y que vive y estudia en la ciudad de Rosario de Santa Fé. Mi finca se encuentra inserta en la misma selva y allí desarrollo diversas actividades productivas sustentables, como el enriquecimiento forestal, quinta de frutales, pequeño viñedo, y cultivo de chilto (Solanum betaceum) (tomate árbol o tree tomato), entre otras. Tengo una casa agradable y cómoda que terminaré de construir en breve. En la finca trabaja una persona de lunes a viernes y otras temporalmente. La finca se encuentra en cercanías del Parque Nacional Calilegua y dentro de la Reserva de Biósfera de las Yungas. Además junto a otras de mi familia conforma un área protegida denominada Reserva Privada Arroyo Lapachal. el resto de mi familia vive en la ciudad de San Salvador de Jujuy distante a 150 km (3 hs.) de mi casa. Tengo experiencias con pasantes de otros países, estudiantes de universidades y algunos turistas. Preciso ayuda para avanzar en varias actividades a los emprendimientos que antes detallé, especialmente el relacionado a la producción sustentable de chilto. Los paisajes son hermosos y mis vecinos muy especiales. Se trata de una zona con una cultura y tradiciones atractivas. Las personas que han estado compartiendo conmigo se han sentido muy a gusto y han aprendido de todo. La estadía mínima es de 30 días.

  Se beneficiarían porque aprenderían de todo, se muchas cosas que puedo transmitirles. Experimentarían situaciones especiales en la finca y en eventos tradicionales de la región, se recrearían en la zona porque saldríamos a pasear y compartir con los vecinos. En cuanto al aprendizaje, les enseñaría a podar, cultivar la tierra, producir plantas y cuidarlas, carpintería, electricidad, plomería, a realizar artesanías, a prenderían sobre la flora, fauna, gea, historia, de la región; a manejar caballos, bueno, de todo.

  Hébergement

  I have two options. The first is to share the house as I have done, and the other is to use a tent tent which could be located in the beautiful landscaped. I have a very good bathroom with hot and cold water, a comfortable kitchen, etc. In summer it is cool and warm winter, heating is provided by a wood stove.
  
  Tengo dos opciones. La primera es compartir la casa como ya lo he hecho, y la otra es que empleen su carpa o tienda la que se podría ubicar en el hermoso parquizado. Tengo un baño muy bueno, con agua caliente y fría, una cocina cómoda, etc. En verano es fresca y en invierno cálida, tiene sistema de calefacción provisto por una estufa a leña.

  The volunteers will find themselves well for sharing there. There are also many attractions such as villages, mountains, waterfall and rivers. In his spare time you can stroll on foot or horseback, go swimming in the rivers, take photographs, visit neighbors (country people "gaucha type"), watching movies at home, make crafts, jams, everything. There are many things. Also, as I go to the city of San Salvador de Jujuy once a month, I may accompany and visit such as the Quebrada de Humahuaca. As I mentioned, I have experience with volunteers because I have already received previously; well as I have been in the Ranger National Administration of National Parks (Argentina) and have worked with them. I have very good relationship with my neighbors, I live a very quiet life, have no "trouble", enjoy the nature of the place, I have no economic or health problems.
  
  To those interested I will answer them during the first week of each month, which is when I go to the city of San Salvador de Jujuy. In the farm and surrounding no phone or internet signal. The house is supplied with energy generated by solar panels (12 V). I have TV to watch movies on some occasions. I not possess cool and retain certain foods using other methods. I have a truck, a motorcycle and horses for transportation. My family comes regularly to the farm because in it there are two cottages "weekend". I have no special power, sometimes smoke (accept smokers) and adapt to the needs of people to feel comfortable.
  
  Los voluntarios se encontrarán muy bien compartiendo allí. Además existen muchos lugares de interés como poblados, montañas, cascada y ríos. En su tiempo libre podrá pasear a pié o caballo, ir a bañarse a los ríos, sacar fotografías, visitar los vecinos (gente de campo "tipo gaucha"), mirar películas en la casa, hacer artesanías, mermeladas, de todo. Hay tantas cosas. Asimismo, como yo voy a la ciudad de San Salvador de Jujuy una vez por mes, me podrán acompañar y visitar por ejemplo la Quebrada de Humahuaca. Tal como ya mencioné, tengo experiencia con voluntarios porque ya he recibido anteriormente; además como he sido Guardaparque Nacional en la Administración de Parques Nacionales (Argentina) y he trabajado con ellos. Tengo muy buena relación con mis vecinos, vivo una vida muy tranquila, no tengo "apuros", disfruto de la naturaleza del lugar, no tengo problemas económicos ni de salud.
  
  A los interesados les contestaré durante la primer semana de cada mes, que es cuando voy a la ciudad de San Salvador de Jujuy. En la finca y alrededores no hay señal de teléfono ni internet. La casa se provee de energía generada por paneles solares (12 V.). Tengo televisor para ver películas en cierta ocasiones. No poseo refrigerar y conservo ciertos alimentos utilizando otros métodos. Tengo una camioneta, una motocicleta y caballos para los transportes. Mi familia viene regularmente a la finca ya que en ella existen dos casas de campo "de fin de semana". No tengo una alimentación especial, a veces fumo (acepto fumadores) y me adapto a las necesidades de las personas para que se sientan cómodas.
