  Description

  Ciao! My name is Francesco and I live with my kitten cat Gigio in a house with an INCREDIBILE panoramic view on all the city of Genova !!
  The city is amazing and we live 15 minutes on foot from main station and 30 minutes on foot from the city centre
  The Cat is incredibly sweet and cute !
  My job is to bring women self-defence into the job world, I also teach Kung Fu and Ski, and I love mountains all year. In winter go skiing, in autumn and spring go trekking and in summer go riding Motorbike, I own 2 Ducati now and I have had at least other 15 sportbikes!! I'm also passionate about Poetry which I write too and I am crazy for cars, I have now an Alfa Romeo Brera coupé
  
  Ciao! Mi chiamo Francesco e vivo col mio piccolo gatto Gigio in una casa con una vista INCREDIBILE su tutta la città di Genova!!
  La città è bellissima e viviamo a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale e 30 minuti a piedi dal centro
  Il gatto è incredibilmente dolce e carino!
  La mia attività lavorativa di tipo imprenditoriale è quello di portare nel mondo del lavoro, insegno inoltre kung fu e sci, Adoro la montagna tutto l'anno. In inverno per andare a sciare, in autunno e in primavera per andare a fare trekking E durante l'estate per viaggiare in moto, possiedo ora due Ducati ed ho avuto almeno altre 15 moto sportive!! Sono appassionato di poesia che ogni tanto scrivo e Sono completamente pazzo per le auto, possiedo ora una Alfa Romeo Brera

  For Sure the city gives a great occasion to find culture and history, to visit seaside and mountains(!!) Nature and historical center
  The weather is quite often good and the temperature of the climate too. Food is just Amazing and from here is not difficult to reach Milan, Turin, Tuscany and many others ;)
  
  Sicuramente la città da una grande occasione di cultura e storia, per visitare il mare e le montagne!! Molta natura e anche il centro storico
  Il meteo è quasi sempre buono e la temperatura climatica anche. Il cibo è buonissimo e da qua non è difficile raggiungere Milano, a Torino, la Toscana e molto altro;)

  What I offer is my home to live and study/work, what I'm asking is some help with housekeeping or cooking and Cat keeping during daytime since I work a lot :)
  
  Offro la mia casa per vivere e studiare o lavorare e chiedo un po' di aiuto per tenere la casa, cucinare e badare al gatto durante il giorno siccome lavoro parecchio :)

  Hébergement

  The house is an apartment of nearly 80² squared with an incredible light All Day and an astonishing panoramic view!! Besides bathroom and kitchen there is a living room with the sofa-bed and I have Air conditioned, wi-fi, TV, dishwasher, washing-machine and dryer too!
  We should split the grocery and you should help me cooking when you have Time!
  
  La casa è un appartamento di circa 80 metri quadri con una luce incredibile tutto il giorno e una vista panoramica meravigliosa!! A parte il bagno e la cucina c'è un salotto con un divano letto e posseggo l'aria condizionata il wi-fi la televisione la lavastoviglie la lavatrice e anche l'asciugatrice! Dovremmo dividerci la spesa al supermercato e dovresti aiutarmi con la cucina quando hai tempo!

  You Can Do basically whatever You want considering that I don't know when I'm home and when I'm not because my job changes everyday since I am an autonomous worker. For sure the city offers you a Lot to do!
  
  Puoi fare praticamente quello che vuoi tenendo in considerazione che non so quando sono a casa perché lavoro autonomo e ogni giorno cambiano i miei impegni. Sicuramente la città ti offre parecchio!
