We had a wonderful time with Chris and Connor at our home. They help always with a smile and we really enjoyed their stories about Hong Kong. They cooked amazing very tastefull dishes we really enjoyed specially the dumplings. We wish you the best for the rest of your trip. … read more first day we arrived we felt warmly welcomed, like part of the family. We had a lot of cultural exchanges, a lot of friendly communication and very nice moment!!!
We are grateful for Cecilia showed us on a tour of Hannover and we went to different places together, she also introduced the history of the city , Christmas market, tasting the local food, everything was so nice. She always recommended us to visit different cities, we visited Hamburg, Cologne and Berlin. Watched the parade of Hildesheimer Lichterfahrt, it was amazing and we had so many wonderful memories and experiences.
During Christmas, we decorated the Christmas tree and made Christmas biscuits together, which was our first Christmas experience, and she taught us how to make Peruvian food, which we loved and enjoyed!
We had a warm and wonderful Christmas and New Year in this cold winter, thank you very much to the lovely family for their hospitality, we got along very well and left unforgettable memories!!!
If you also want to travel in Germany and leave great experiences and memories, we highly recommend Cecilia and Ronald's family!!!

… read more German, and I can say that if it is now slightly less awful, it's only thanks to them... and I also managed to keep my Spanish trained!
I really enjoyed helping with cooking and car rides: we went to Hannover several times and Cecilia was the best guide, she showed me around the city and I learned a lot about the place (and every trip I've fallen in love with more of the peruvian music!). And I'll never forget our heroic expedition to the beach! Doing gardening works was very fulfilling as well: the house is surrounded by beautiful nature and right next to woods filled with amazing wildlife!
I am really happy and grateful for this month I spent with you, and I hope to see you again!

Cecilia es una persona muy buena, compañera, una excelente mujer, y muy trabajadora, a pesar de que no pude quedarme por mucho tiempo porque me salio una oferta de trabajo que no me pude negar, yo me sentia muuy cómodo con ellos, ya eran como mi familia, pues Ronald era un poquito, pero no tan difícil nuestra comunicación por el hecho de que yo no hablo alemán y que también el primer dia le tuve miedo; D jajaja por qué? no lo se. Es muy bueno, muy trabajador y siempre pero siempre tiene una solucion a todo, con el aprendi de todo y a usar todo tipo de máquinas, fue muy divertido, la verdad me encanto a pesar de que mi mejor parte era salir a pasear con ceci :D jajaj. No pudimos ir a la playa por unas cuestiones tecnicas pero ya llegara ese dia que iremos ;D.
No me pude despedir de la forma correcta porque todo paso muy rápido y tuve que mudarme a otra ciudad.
Lamentablemente no pude quedarme por mucho tiempo pero si puedo asegurar que les va a encantar pasar tiempo con esta familia. y podrán aprender todo tipo de cosas e idiomas :D

It was a great experience! the family made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. we had a lot of laughs during the two weeks I stayed!
