  Description

  I am Dutch and bought a farm in the Burgundy for me and my animals, 4 horses and 4 dogs. I am single and 51 years old. It is an hill farm with 1,7 hectares combined field and forest. The house needs a lot of work so don't expect a perfect place. From my terrain you have a beautiful view on the Morvan. It is very quit and beautiful. There is a village on 5 km with some facilities like a grocery store. In a 40 min. drive you are in the city of Nevers. From my house you can make trips to the Morvan or the Loire. A lot of beautiful hiking trips are possible. My house has a lot of space but not a lot of rooms. There's one very big room but if there are more people we might have to be creative. So you need to be flexible about this.
  
  About my animals I have 4 horses, all of them are old or physically not able te be ridden. I am building up the facilities for the horses. I can use help with building everything up and with the daily care of the horses.
  
  I have got 4 dogs. Two Standard Poodles, 5 and 7 years, a jack Russel of 13 years and a rescue bouvier of 9 years old. I can use help with walking the dogs.
  
  My house needs help on very different area's and I want to create a vegetable garden. With both I can use help.
  
  The help I have now is setting up stables and the help with the horses.
  
  My goal is to create a small community of likeminded people who come back in the future. I am vegan and love vega/vegan people. I am left orientated with a big heart for the climate. I’ve got projects in the vegetable garden, the house itself or the animals. The cultural exchange will mainly be the connection with international like minded people, since I am not French but Dutch.

  I am dutch person living in France, so you can't find any local feelings with me. The people who will come work wil be international. Maybe if there are enough people we can arrange French beginners lessons. I eat vegan and are left orientated. I want to do good to the world if possible so according to that I want to build my small community. I hope there will be people with a lot of different talents. For instance I would like to learn about permaculture. I know a lot of horses and dogs.I hope we can learn from eachother!
  
  In my area you can hike and enjoy nature. In summertime there are a lot of brocante markets or small festivals. Nearby my house is a small lake where you can swim or supp. Once a month I play drums in Paris at an activist band. You can come and join or visit Paris.

  Aide

  I want to create a summer (sociocratic) community where like minded people meet and help me Help build the community, the house, help the garden and the animal facilities. Help in the morning, relax in the afternoon. You can choose a project which fit your interest.
  
  The standard food here is vegan and you a have an advantage when you are Flinta. CIS males are welcome if you feel you will fit right in.

  I speak dutch fluent, English good enough. My French and German are under construction. I can make myself heard. I am open to practice any language. If there are different nationalities it is easy to speak English but we can also choose to talk another language.

  Hébergement

  The house is good enough to live in but expect no luxury. If there are more people you might have to share a room. Everything is in progress so this needs to be thought over by the community.

  I can pick you up from the nearest station or flixbus station. There is not a lot of parking space around the house. maximum of 2 extra cars. I have a car available if you come by public transport.
  No drugs, no meat (preferable vegan but vegetarian also possible, it will not be served)
  Alcohol only to a very limited extent.

  4 male horses. It is not possible to ride them. Groundwork or a walk in de woods is possible.

  Bouvier des flandres 9 y.o. Girl. We just got her from the animal shelter. Very friendly but guards the yard.
