Hello everyone!
The Hostel is a small hostel of about 35 beds located in a private residence in the city of Cabarete, north coast of the Dominican Republic.
Cabarete is a beautiful small town famous for being a paradise for kite/surfers & windsurfers.
You can find everything that you need regarding water sports like nightlife, tours, waterfalls, and caves.
The hostel consists of 4 dormitories and 6 private rooms. We adapt the rooms to the season. The low season is from May to November and the peak season from December to April.
We welcome Workawayers with the following requirements:
Speak good English and basic Spanish
Stay at least 1 month
Show initiative
Flexible
Be sociable: it is very important to interact with guests

El Hostel es un hostal pequeño de unas 35 camas situado en una residencia privada en la cuidad de Cabarete, costa norte de la República dominicana.
Cabarete es una hermosa pequeña cuidad famosa por ser el paraíso de los kite/surfers y windsurfers.
Puedes encontrar todo lo que te hace falta respecto a deportes acuáticos como vida nocturna, excursiones en cascadas y cuevas.
El hostel consta de 4 dormitorios compartidos y de 6 habitaciones privadas. Adaptamos las habitaciones a la temporada. La temporada baja es de mayo a noviembre y la temporada alta de Diciembre a Abril.
Buscamos voluntarios mujeres con los siguientes requisitos:

Cabarete is a fairly central point that allows you to explore the whole north coast and we are close to all of the main public transport routes.
We like to have Workawayers feel at home in the castle and help make the place feel alive and full of fun
Cabarete es un punto bastante céntrico que os permitirá explorar toda la costa norte ya que tenemos salidas directas por autobuses a los principales sitios de interés.
Por nuestra parte, damos prioridad a que el voluntario se sienta como en casa y que esté feliz en nuestro hostel.

We welcome Workawayers help at the reception desk. You have to do the check-in, check out, answer to emails and phone calls, take reservations, show the place to the guests, give them the information they need, be friendly and help to tidy up common areas. Also take care of the pool, plants. & pets.

Hard worker, funny, always in a good mood. He never said no to anything.
Friendly with the stuff with the guests and with the pets.
We really enjoyed his time with us.
Higly recomended and we hope he will visit us again in the future.
He stayed with us for 8 month and in this time he managed the Hostel. His form to handle and manage stuff and customers is very friendly and courteous.
