  Our Story & CARE
  
  After working as a software professional in the corporate world, I chose to leave my career and dedicate myself to rural education.
  
  In 2017, I started CARE (Child's Aptitude & Resourcing Education) with a simple belief: education should be more than marks, exams and pressure.
  
  At CARE, we are trying to create a learning environment where children can explore, experience, create, question and express themselves while developing not only academic skills, but also creativity, confidence, curiosity and empathy.
  
  Alongside school education, we work on community initiatives such as Green Pedals, Local Brush and Hunarshala, connecting children and communities with creativity, environment, skills and local culture.
  
  We believe that learning should happen in both directions. That's why we welcome Workawayers who can bring a new skill, culture, perspective or simply an idea that children can experience.
  
  You don't have to be a teacher. Bring something you love — and let's create something meaningful for children together.

  es. We can accommodate digital nomads who would like to combine remote work with a meaningful volunteering experience at CARE. They can work independently during their personal/working hours and contribute to the school and community activities during the agreed volunteering hours.

  Yes. We are happy to welcome Workawayers travelling in campervans. We can provide a safe place to park during their stay and they can take part in our school and community activities while enjoying the experience of rural Rajasthan.

  We may be able to accept Workawayers travelling with pets on a case-by-case basis, depending on the type of pet, accommodation arrangements and school environment. Please contact us in advance to discuss.
