It was my first Workaway experience, and it was fantastic ! 👌
Emily is very kind, attentive, and she helped me improve my English.
My tasks were varied: I gave a few French lessons to Fraya (her daughter), did some gardening and painting, and also walked Teddy (the dog).
Emily also made sure I met other Workawayers, which was great !

It was a pleasure to host Tom and we really enjoyed his mannerly and easy going company. He worked very hard helping to get an unruly garden in to shape. He did every task with enthusiasm and was very obliging. Overall a great guy and we wish him all the best 😀

I had the pleasure of being hosted by Emily and I can confidently say that she is a very kind, polite, caring and easy-going person, who likes sharing stories and culture. I enjoyed engaging in a variety of tasks during my time there. The work was diverse, mainly painting, gardening and DIY projects.

Getting to know her daughter was another highlight. She is passionate about arts and music and likes talking about different topics.
Her mother is so lovely and she shared some delicious Irish recipes with me.

Laura was a delight to host. She is a very friendly and enthusiastic person and did every task with great energy, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very relaxed around the house and fitted in as part of the family. We had some tricky tasks to do and Laura is a perfectionist which gave plenty of great results. We thoroughly enjoyed
