  Description

  Greetings, and welcome to my Workaway profile. I’m Constantin.
  
  I transformed my house into a guesthouse, always being active in the CS community for many years. My guest home is located in the village of Rosu, near Cahul, Moldova’s third-largest city, in the south of the Republic of Moldova. Rosu offers a true glimpse into life in the Moldovan countryside and gives you the chance to relax and enjoy nature. Here tranquility and a natural rhythm go hand in hand!
  
  I would need the help of one person, with cleaning the house, or feeding the cat and dog when I am not at home for several days. Workaway volunteers could also accompany guests on walks throughout Rosu or Cahul. In exchange, I can offer a private bedroom and food. Main rule is to stay here from two weeks to around 3 months, but definitely everything is flexible, you choose when to leave. I always teach you about the work here, and to have great experiences of life in the village. Here in Moldova, the food is generally organic and less expensive than in other parts of Europe. I practice permaculture in my garden, and incorporate raw, vegetarian, and vegan principles into my diet. Some time is also possible to cook together. You must know that I also accept volunteers who follow other diets apart from a plant based diet for personal nutrition, vegetarians, vegans, raw vegans, fruitarians. You are welcome! Anyway you have a chance to try eating like that here if you want, because I share from time to time only this kind of food.
  
  At the moment, I live with my mother. I continue to care and renovate family home. A recently-renovated bathroom and modern kitchen are located on the ground floor of the house. Free Wifi is available. I also have three cats named Jassy,Tom and Jerry, and one dog, Jimmy, they all live outdoors. I am a non-smoker, and ask that you only smoke outside.
  
  Here in my village Rosu, you’ll enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer: sunny days, blue skies, fresh air and water, organic fruit and vegetables. Rosu’s residents are friendly and eager to interact with travelers. Some of them even offer home-produced products for sale, such as eggs and wine. Guests sometimes refer to Rosu’s homes as ‘gingerbread houses’ because of their pretty blue exteriors and elaborate folk-art paintings and designs. Even the neighborhood water wells are decorated by hand! Each one is unique.
  
  The city of Cahul is easily accessed via the local mini bus #️️7, which runs frequently to and from Rosu. A one-way bus ticket costs 5 Lei (approximately 0.20 Euro cents), and the ride takes about 15 minutes. Cahul has ATM machines, a modern supermarket, a fresh outdoor market, and several smaller specialty shops. Restaurants and bars there offer delicious food and wine, and the city's people are friendly. Cahul is a popular spa and health-resort destination and is also home to the folk music festival 'Nufarul Alb.'

  Most important you need to know that I will be glad to host you, spent time with you and share Moldavian life experience, and enjoy time at my place. Also I do a change in the garden using Permaculture principles, you can help and learn from me, in the same time I study and practice Raw food diet, Vegan diet, Vegetarian diet.   Aide

  I need your help here to clean the guesthouse, to take a walk in the village or in the city with the guests, to be around here and to feed my dog and cat when I am not at home for some days, to share time together.
  
  
  The tasks can change according to the seasons of the year. Here is a quick example of them, but of course we can always talk about it:
  
  Spring: planting, sowing, weeding and harvesting fresh plants.
  
  Summer: Harvesting fruits, berries, herbs to be dehydrated.
  
  Autumn: for the months of October, November and December, collecting wild / winter berries; making jams; collecting and crashing nuts; collecting grapes and making wine.
  
  Winter: I can always use a help online, helping me to verify google translation of my articles to your language, in the website.
