  Description

  Hi, my name is Allan, I am a tour guide and expert in wildlife spotting. I have a small online tour operator that my sister, my brother and I run. We are a very close family. On the platform we are looking for language exchanges, help with everything related to SEO, organic marketing, and improvements to our website. We would also like the little ones in the house to learn languages, so we also accept people who want to fulfill that role.
  
  The language exchange option is directly with me, and the language teaching, and baby sitting would be with my nieces and my nephew. We prefer women for the children, and for language exchange can be both genders.
  
  Whoever chooses to babysit will be staying with my sister at her house, along with her children. The kids have a basic understanding of English, and we’re also excited for them to be exposed to other languages like French and German.
  
  If you choose to do a German-Spanish language exchange, you’ll be staying with me in my house in a separate room. I have internet, a shared bathroom, and everything you need to cook your meals. When I’m not home, feel free to help yourself.
  
  I’d love to go for walks and show you around while we practice the language. I’m not looking for formal lessons—just natural conversations to improve fluency.
  
  Oh, and just so you know, I’m a tour guide! Sometimes, I’ll be away for a few days, so you’ll have the house to yourself during those times. I’ll cover meals for five days a week, and the other two will be your free days. Of course, you’re still welcome to stay at my place on those days!
  
  
  Hola, mi nombre es Allan, soy guía turístico y experto en la observación de vida silvestre. Tengo un pequeño operador de tours en línea que manejamos mi hermana, mi hermano y yo. Somos una familia muy unida. En la plataforma buscamos intercambios de idiomas, ayuda con todo lo relacionado con SEO, marketing orgánico y mejoras en nuestro sitio web. También nos gustaría que los más pequeños de la casa aprendan idiomas, por lo que también aceptamos personas interesadas en cumplir ese rol.
  
  La opción de intercambio de idiomas es directamente conmigo, mientras que la enseñanza de idiomas y el cuidado de niños sería con mis sobrinas y mi sobrino. Preferimos mujeres para los niños, y para el intercambio de idiomas pueden ser ambos géneros.
  
  Quien elija ayudar con el cuidado de los niños se quedará en casa de mi hermana junto con sus hijos. Los niños tienen un conocimiento básico de inglés y nos gustaría que también estuvieran expuestos a otros idiomas como el francés y el alemán.
  
  Si prefieres hacer un intercambio de alemán por español, te quedarás en mi casa en una habitación independiente. Tengo internet, un baño compartido y todo lo necesario para que prepares tus comidas. Cuando no esté en casa, siéntete libre de acomodarte.
  
  Me encantaría salir a caminar y mostrarte lugares mientras practicamos el idioma. No busco clases formales, solo conversaciones naturales para mejorar mi fluidez.
  
  Ah, y por cierto, soy guía turístico. A veces tendré que salir por varios días, así que en esos momentos tendrás la casa para ti. Cubriré las comidas cinco días a la semana, y los otros dos serán libres. Por supuesto, puedes quedarte en mi casa también esos días.
