Description
For Oct 30th - Nov 11th: looking for someone to look after my house/cats while I go on a Colombian adventure for a couple weeks.
There is not too much to this one. Its a great house (actually a castle) within walking distance of a few beaches in Puerto. Maid/gardener/pool guy included. Just feed the cats and everyone is happy.
This is a big house, so probably better for two people or a couple.
We would have a Skype call first and ideally you would arrive a day or two before so I can show you around.

How to house sit!
Our castle is located directly between Playa Carrizalillo and Puerto Angelito in the Rinconada neighbourhood of Puerto Escondido. Its about a 3 min walk to each beach and tad further to a strip of shops/restaurants on the Rinconada.
Carrizalillo has some of the best learning to surf waves in Mexico (although they are small this time of year). Zicatela is another beach in town with larger waves and host of an annual surf contest (in July) and La Punta is yet another beach in town with a more bohemian vibe. Everything in Puerto is accessible with cheap cab rides (30-40 pesos/10mins or less).
Further off you have beautiful Chacahua to the north and to the south you have Mazunte, San Agustanillo and Zipolite (about 75 mins away by car) which are little slices of heaven right here in Oaxaca. We also have a house in Zipolite that we spend some time in as well.
There are a ton of other attractions in the area and we usually head out for roadtrips a couple times a month. Lots to do and see in the area, especially if you are a fan of beaches.
