Hi! I’m Željko, a traveler from Croatia currently exploring New Zealand on a Working Holiday. I’m easy-going, adaptable, and always up for learning something new. Meeting people, discovering new places, and experiencing local life are what make traveling so rewarding for me.

My background is in tourism and hospitality, so I’m comfortable working with people from all over the world and I know the value of being reliable, organised, and hard-working. I enjoy practical, hands-on work — whether that’s gardening, cooking, cleaning, helping with animals, or general maintenance.

I’m hoping to find a friendly place to stay where I can lend a hand and get a real taste of everyday Kiwi life. Ideally, I’m looking for short stays of about one to three weeks while I travel and settle into the country.

I love the outdoors, good food, animals, and a relaxed chat after a productive day. I’m tidy, respectful, and happy to help out wherever I’m needed.

Really looking forward to meeting great people, learning new things, and creating some awesome memories here in New Zealand!

I have experience in a variety of practical and hands-on jobs, including housework, gardening, cleaning, and hospitality. My background in tourism and guest services has taught me to stay organised, adaptable, and comfortable working with people from all over the world.

I’m open to trying different kinds of work and always eager to pick up new skills. Some of the things I enjoy and feel confident doing include:

Gardening, planting, and general outdoor tasks
Cleaning and household upkeep
Feeding animals or helping with light farm work
Basic maintenance or small repair projects
Cooking or lending a hand in the kitchen

I’m reliable, easy-going, and not afraid of a bit of hard work. I enjoy staying active, learning new things, and bringing a positive attitude to whatever job I’m doing.
