Hi :)

I'm Yohan, I'm 36, and come originally from south of France. I used to work as a doctor (GP) in France.

In 2018 I finally decided to listen myself deeply and live my dreams, and since I never stopped traveling and exploring the world outside and within me.

Quite curious about anything, I always wanted to learn but also help during this new chapter of my life. Traveling very slowly, meeting people different from where I was raised, locals and travellers, and share our own habits and ways of thinking and living. That's why I'm traveling! I try to volunteer in every country I go if I can.
I'm an pretty easy going person, chill, and happy person, always keen to learn more to wider my skills and definetely not afraid of any kind of work.

~ Knowledges :
. Fluent in French, and intermediate in English, basic Spanish, keen to help as much as I can with languages.
. Patient care.
. Hospitality : summer jobs in restaurants or nights clubs during my medical studies.
. A bit of landscaping, gardening, farming (mostly learning than knowledges).

~ Hobbies :
. Indoor : writing, reading, playing guitar, making bracelets, drawing.
. Outdoor : Hiking, tennis.

~ Volunteer :
. VIETNAM : 1 in a farm guesthouse in Cat Ba island / 1 in an English school in Ha giang.
. CAMBODIA : eco resort in Koh Rong, as a waiter
. THAILAND : 1 gardening/farming in a vegan farm in Chiang Mai / 1 in a hostel in Koh Phangan.
. MYANMAR : patient care in a buddhist temple.
. NEPAL: with an NGO in slums and mountains villages, general help, childcare
. CANARIES ISLANDS : 1 helping a disabled person / 1 childcare in a family
. SAMOA : landscaping, waiter, DIY, in an art center
. VANUATU : gardening, landscaping, DIY, in a beach resort.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My main skill is to be polyvalent. I have a scientific background but I love to be out of my comfort zone and be challenged. I can adapt myself to any tasks, and always ready to learn new things ! I'm quite quick to pitch in whatever is needed.
I did several volunteerings and all very different, even if I didn't have the special skills required.
I can't wait to learn from you, share my experiences, and contribute as much as I can :)
