Hello! My name is Yannick. I’m 19 years old and I’m from Germany. I’m a motivated, open-minded person, and reliable person who loves discovering new cultures, languages and activities!
While travelling I want to combine my passion for surfing with experiencing the local culture and nature to gain valuable life experiences!
Cooking is another important interest of mine. I’m always interested in learning and preparing new local dishes!
In addition I’m a very active person who loves doing sports and challenging myself by exploring and trying all kinds of new sports.
Also I’m an experienced and certified lifeguard.
I joined Workaway because I want more than just visiting new places. I want to dive into the local culture, experience daily life and learn as much as possible along the way!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can contribute in different practical and social areas.
I am a very sporty and active person, which allows me to handle physical work comfortably but also doing all kind of sports.
As well I’m a certified lifeguard. I have learned to take responsibility and stay calm under pressure.
I have good language skills. German is my native language but I also speak French and English fluently, with basic knowledge of Spanish. I enjoy communicating with people from all over the world so I could teach some language skills.
Another skill of mine is cooking. I enjoy preparing a variety of healthy dishes and feel comfortable helping in the kitchen, cooking for groups, and keeping the workspace clean and organized.
