Hi, I'm Yaki from Taiwan.

In 2024, I went on a working holiday to New Zealand and later completed the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) in the U.S. My next plan is to go on a working holiday in Canada in 2025.

Living in different countries has opened my heart to the vastness and beauty of the world. I cherish not only the stunning landscapes, but also the warm souls and unforgettable stories I’ve encountered along the way.

In Taiwan, I work as an instructor for Outward Bound, with professional experience in high ropes, tree climbing, mountaineering, and river tracing. I’m also a certified facilitator with AAEE (Asian Association for Experiential Education).

I love nature — especially hiking, cycling, photography, and painting. I enjoy simple cooking, watercolor, and graphic design. I'm comfortable traveling and hiking alone, and I often find meaning in the quiet moments of the journey.

In Canada, I hope to ride a bike through new landscapes, work at a ski resort, climb mountains, and meet interesting people. I'm looking forward to new and different life experiences.

To me, every person I meet feels like a book — full of lessons, change, and inspiration.

Though my English isn’t fluent, I always try my best to communicate, and I truly appreciate those who patiently try to understand me.

I may be a bit shy at first (mostly from a lack of confidence), but I’m a kind, sincere, and responsible person who takes every task seriously.
Also, I absolutely love dogs — my lovely dog at home is like family to me.
