Description

My name is Vincent and I am 26 years old. I used to live in Ghent, Belgium. After my last year of university studies (finishing my master in Political international conflicts and development studies ), I decided to leave Belgium with my bike for work experience and traveling.

I love traveling solo but since I often want to do more than just exploring, I figured having a workaway profile could be a start for new encounters and getting to know local individuals, learn new languages and see how people really live. I'd like to learn from people in different ways and see what we can share with one another.

I think I'm open-minded, optimistic, enthusiastic and always eager to help out.

I am fluent in Dutch, French and English. I'm alright with Spanish, and I do my best in German, Italian and Catalan. I started Arabic courses last year as well, any practice is more than welcome.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- Master in Political Conflicts and bachelor degree in History.
- Experience in teaching and training children and young adults (mainly languages, but also child care and sports)
- Management of (youth/social) events etc
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English. Alright in Spanish and doing okay in Catalan and German.
- Not afraid to use my hands, work outside and deal with stressful situations
- I am calm and optimistic. Always willing to learn new things from good teachers.

Nearly graduated my Masters in 'Political conflicts and development studies'. Graduated History bachelors.
Interested in social (in)justice, always want to meet new people, learn from them, practice languages and be around nice individuals.

I very much like to be around animals, or spend time in nature in general. I like music, I used to play the guitar and the piano; now it's more listening and discovering new things.
Photography, reading, cooking and traveling. I also love sports, running and swimming especially.
