Hello there,

I am an enthusiastic wanderer from Finland, fascinated of new places and experiences as well as meeting people from all around the world.

I'm passionate about spending time outdoors. I especially enjoy long walks in the nature, hiking, cross-country skiing and snowboarding. I was brought up in a calm and peaceful environment in the Finnish countryside. Therefore, already from a young age, I have learned to appreciate nature and it has become a place where I can fully relax and find inner peace. On top of spending my time outdoors I like to meet people and engage in deep conversations around good food and a glass of wine.
I am spontaneous and always up for trying new things. I would also describe myself as independent, responsible and diligent person who has a strong work ethic. I'm also a fast learner and quick to take an initiative. As mainly extroverted and outgoing person I enjoy being surrounded by people but due to my Finnish heritage I also value independence and enjoy spending time on my own.

I have curiosity in learning new languages and plan to make a career out of it. I think learning a language is an important way to really get to know a new culture and its people. At the moment I speak Finnish, English, German and Swedish as well as am in the process of learning Spanish and Italian. Whenever I'm travelling I prefer staying somewhere for longer to have time to immerse myself in the culture, learn the language and integrate. I have found this to be the best way to see the world :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a master's degree in Economics and Business Administration and I have been working as a Customer Support Specialist for a global company since 2018. My skills are mainly based around business and economics as well as languages and communication. I have around 5 years of experience in working for several multinational companies, mainly in customer service and administrative tasks.
I have worked as a teacher in kindergarten for one summer and as an assistant teacher in a Finnish elementary school.
I'm a TEFL-certified English teacher. I've lived six months in Spain in a few different families to teach and assist their kids with English. In addition, I have some experience in child care as I worked in a kindergarten for one summer and have also done an internship as an assistant teacher in an elementary school back in Finland.
I can offer help around the house in some basic tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, gardening and taking care of animals. I am a fast learner and like to learn new things so I am also open and interested to widen my skillset.
