Description

We are Ben & Nils, twins from Berlin, Germany and just graduated from highschool. Now that we are 18, we want to take a gap year and gain as many new experiences as possible. In this gap year we would like to discover europe, see incredible nature, get in touch with different cultures, meet friendly locals and do something meaningful. We are very close and did nearly everything together, thats why we share the same interests and have similar skills.
We love nature, animals, gardening (especcially fruits), hiking, sports and the sea. But in general we are very open-minded and are looking forward to try out some completely different/new things.

In the last two years we worked a lot in different jobs alongside our highschool graduation. This includes tutoring students (2 years) and working in the restaurant industry as service staff or barkeeper (2 years). Additionaly, we have been growing a wide variety of plants on our own. We started our cultivation with seeds of fruits from the supermarket. This includes figs, pomegranate, mango and a lot more. Furthermore, we are good with animals and took care of some pets (mostly dogs) of friends/neighbours. At home, we love to cook and bake together.

Autres infos...

Besides we are interested in biology and mathematics. We did an internship at an institution of research in the area of aquatic ecology and visited vertical farms during our graduation work project. Our ability to think logically helps us in this section and enables us to solve problems efficiently. We love every kind of sports. We played for more than ten years in a football club. Now we are doing a little bit of calisthenics and workouts.
