Buongiorno!
My name is Rosa, a curious 23-year-old from Berlin. After having graduated university recently with a bachelor in biology, I now seek some time to reflect an pursue my creative passions. I am a very enthusiastic person that gets excited about the small things in life. I love to learn and try out new things – therefore I have a bright range of interests that I am happy to share with you!
Next to my studies, I have worked for three years in an italian pizzeria, held some small poetry readings and hosted workshops on creative writing for children. I have also started to learn Italian two years ago – therefore, I would love an opportunity to speak and practise the language! I can also teach you German or English in exchange :)
I have tried a big range of sports in my life (soccer, climbing, tennis…) and love to be active and close to nature. Some of my creative passions include painting and writing (poetry and short stories so far, but ambitious to write something longer!), as well as photography, playing the guitar and vegetarian cooking. I would be very happy to learn more about the italian cuisine and of course cook some delicious meals for you!
I have volunteered before on multiple occasions – 2019 for a few months with a friend via Workaway as well as 2022 for the Legambiente organization in the vesuvio national park. I hold both experiences very close to my heart as I got to know numerous inspiring people and their philosophy.
Over the past years I fell in love with the italian way of life and would love the opportunity to experience it from close by! I’m curious to learn more about your culture, language, cuisine – and everything you would like to share with me. I plan to spend the month of September traveling through the south of Italy and would be happy to get in touch and offer my help. I would love to hear from you!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
In my volunteer projects, I helped mostly around the house and garden. I stayed for two weeks on an alpine farm were I harvested hay and cleared out the cowshed. Around Italy, France and Spain I helped around the garden with weeding and planting, in the house with smaller renovation works like painting, patching holes and building window frames as well as house keeping and cooking. I also took care of various animals such as sheep, hens and dogs. I also had lots of fun babysitting and spending time with children.
Having worked in gastronomy for over three years, I manage to keep a smile on my face even in stressful situations and work great in a team. I'm also happy to teach you some creative writing exercises or paint your portrait, if you are interested!
