A little bit about me 🙋🏻‍♀️
I’m Tiffany, a 31-year-old designer, photographer, and adventure-seeker from US (but OG Taiwanese), currently exploring the vibrant landscapes of New Zealand on a working holiday visa. My journey started with skateboarding at a young age, which sparked my curiosity and passion for art, leading me to a fulfilling career in design and photography.

My life has been a thrilling ride from Taiwan to California, New York, and back to San Diego. Each place has added a new layer to my creative passions and love for different cultures. I’m passionate about design, photography, and art, and I’m always excited to dive into new projects and learn from different experiences.

During high school, I saved up to buy my first DSLR, which ignited my lifelong love for photography. From capturing the world through my lens to exploring new skills like film photography and playing the bass guitar, I’m always eager to learn and grow. I’m also an avid cook with a deep appreciation for Japanese and Chinese cuisine, thanks to my big, loving family who inspired my culinary adventures.

Although I’m new to Workaway, I’m incredibly excited to get hands-on experience with gardening, farming, and living closer to nature. I come from a huge, warm family with lots of dogs, so I’m used to energetic pets and household hustle and bustle. I’m enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and contributing my skills while exploring different parts of the world.

Whether it’s cooking a delicious meal, tending to a garden, or simply sharing stories, I’m looking forward to connecting with hosts and making the most of every opportunity!

My professional life is rooted in digital marketing and design, where I’ve had the pleasure of creating impactful work across various sectors. My expertise includes graphics, branding, UI/UX design for web and mobile apps, video editing, content creation, and 2D animation. I’ve collaborated with small businesses, agencies, and non-profits in fields like tech, food, advertising, entertainment, architecture, and animal welfare. I’m also passionate about photography, particularly film, with a focus on documenting people and landscapes. I believe in the power of visual storytelling to capture and convey meaningful moments.

As a native Mandarin speaker fluent in English, I have a deep love for cooking, especially Japanese and Chinese cuisine. I’m always excited to bring my culinary skills to the kitchen and create delicious meals that bring people together.
