Holaa!! Soy Jade, tengo 23 años y recién terminé mis estudios en medioambiente y sostenibilidad en Montréal. Soy francesa pero vivi la mayoría de mi vida en Buenos Aires, lo que me permitió descubrir la diversidad de la cultura latina, y me encanto. Ahora que terminé mis estudios, con una amiga de mi master, Garance, decidimos irnos juntas a descubrir America central empezando por Guatemala.
Queremos descubrir una nueva flora y fauna, una nueva naturaleza y nuevos modos de protegerla y de convivir con ella. Nos interesamos especialmente en tipos de agricultura respetuosos del medioambiente pero estamos en búsqueda de todo tipo de experiencia enriquecedora.
Soy muy sociable y curiosa y siempre estoy feliz y interesada en aprender nuevas cosas. La cooperación es una de los valores mas importante para mi, y siempre seré motivada en poder ayudar donde sea que pueda.

Hi! I am Jade, I'm french and now living in Montréal since 2022!

I just finished my master degree in environment and sustainable development, along with my friend Garance. Together, we always knew that after our studies we would want to go for a long trip to do some volunteering and learn more about nature, different cultures and discover new ways of living and protect our planet.
We are especially into agriculture and we want to learn more about alternative agriculture practices and how can we restore our soil and biodiversity while growing our food.

I am really sociable and curious and love meeting new people :) . I was lucky to travel a lot throughout my life, living in Indonesia, Argentina, England and Canada, which made me really open minded and always looking forward to learn more about each culture, personality and environment.

Cooperation is an important value to me so it makes me always really happy to be able to help anywhere for anything, I'm always motivated!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My studies allowed me to understand the importance of protecting biodiversity and find ways to rethink our society and our way of living and consuming. These allowed me to learn about ecological and biological systems. I did many volunteering and courses around agricultural systems and gardening. I also worked in an NGO helping them to establish agroecological projects and analyse each potential environmental impacts they could have on the ecosystem.
Many of my student jobs and volunteering also allowed me to get skills in communication, event planning, restauration (food service sector) and client services.
I am really dynamic and enjoy active work and team projects. I do lot of climbing and running which give me a good physical condition.
I also enjoy art, like drawing, painting, sewing or photography projects!
