Hey, I'm Tallis!
she/her
I love spending time outdoors, with people and animals and trees - walking, growing, exploring and tending to the land. I enjoy music, (sometimes playing, mostly listening or rambling through), drawing, photography and I'm interested in social and land justice. I hope to become more involved in/build on these areas through the spaces I find in my life!
Currently I'm unsure what that will look like, but looking forward to discovering along the way.. seeing where things take me

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm quite hands on generally, and open to trying anything! I have some experience in growing vegetables, as I worked on a market garden as a trainee for a season, as well as helping at my local community farm. This includes sowing, planting, plant maintenance, clearing and prepping beds, harvesting and more. I also have some newsletter writing experience which I shared with a friend for the same organisation, and enjoy doing a bit of research to be able to share within a new format. I studied landscape architecture for a year (which I may return to) so I have a little knowledge on hard/soft landscaping and planning, but not really any practical experience.
I've worked in a lot of cafes and jobs which involve preparing food so always happy to contribute to communal meals!
