Hi! I'm Sophie and I am currently living and doing work always around Alaska. I’ve done work away experiences on small farms, communities, and homesteads in the past and loved it! Now I am looking to travel to new places, learn new things, and meet lots of interesting people!

Currently, I am really interested in learning more about off grid living. I want to learn about building, recreating, and generally how different people live off grid in different places. I also love all things FOOD. Growing food, cooking food, sharing food, and of course eating it. I have done a lot of farming on small scale farms and I love being in communities centered around good eating.

I get really excited about all things plants/botany and ecology and am always looking for places to build on my knowledge and connection to these things. My goals for my workaway experiences are always to get outside and explore beautiful natural places.

Art is also something I am always doing and trying to learn more about. I love creating all different kinds of art, from painting to eco printing, and learning different crafts as well.
