Hi!
My name is Shani Grinspan, I am 25 years old, and am currently living in the US. I was born in Israel and have lived in Honduras and Iceland!
Growing up, I have always loved traveling and have been able to adapt very easily wherever I am. My very first solo trip was backpacking in northern India with a group that felt like family in just 2 weeks. I am eager to learn about gardening, permaculture farming, and ways to live off the land.
I am a recent graduate, finished my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am an artist, I enjoy oil and acrylic painting and working with clay. I also host cacao ceremonies and Inner Child Healing workshops. I firmly believe that healing happens in the presence of unconditional love, and can be dome in a gentle peaceful space. I would love to immerse in the Workaway experience and meet new people :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have great communication and customer service skills from my server job at a country club and my job as a chiropractor's assistant!
I am fluent in Spanish, and was a teaching assistant for different Spanish level classes during most of my college years.
I have lots of babysitting and preschool teaching experience for children ages 3-4 in Iceland and the US.
I really enjoy volunteering. I volunteered to pick up trash during hikes and as an English tutor for local organizations in northern India.
I host events and get to know/work with people of all different backgrounds. My work is personalized to meet individuals' needs, and involves helping people navigate trauma and heal.
I enjoy working with people and love to learn/practice leadership skills. I adapt well to new situations and love to learn from the work that I do.
