Description

Hello, we are Sean and Zoe. Sean is 32 from Dublin, Ireland and Zoe is 29 from Essex, England.

For the past 3 years we have been living and working in Australia. We have gained lots of experience on farms and within the agriculture industry. Between us we have done pumpkin, cucumber and zucchini picking, landscaping, egg collecting and worked with grain storage.

We are currently trying to buy a camper van as we have lived in a van the past 2 years and love it. We are back in Europe to travel, work and meet new people. We are currently in Albufeira, and are free from the 08/06/23.

We both enjoy learning new skills and teaching our own. We are quick learners with a good work ethic. Sean has worked in construction for years as his family own a construction company and our physically demanding jobs in Australia have prepped us for hard work.

Sean also has alot of hospitality experience, as he worked for 5 years with Nandos. He worked as a cook, waiter, trainer, supervisor and restaurant rep.

Zoe has a lot of experience in working with children. In the UK she is a fully qualified primary school teacher with 3 years experience and for the last three years she has been an au pair to families all over Australia.

Sean has previously travelled through Europe/Asia using Work away and it was brilliant. He has worked in a vineyard in Portugal, built a decking area in Sweden, worked on a farm in Denmark and taught English in Czech Republic and Vietnam. He loves using Workaway and has been very lucky with the fantastic hosts he's had the pleasure of meeting.

-Emergency medical technician.

-Loader/Bobcat driver for a large grain handling company. 3 years in Australia.

-File management experience for a large cleaning company.

-Ware house operative.

-5 years hospitality experience with Nandos,
Cook / waiter/ trainer / restaurant rep/supervisor in Nandos restaurant working in all area's of the restaurant dealing with customer service, daily Cash up, opening locking up and daily tasks in the restaurant.

-Teaching English as a foreign language in czech republic and Vietnam

-Permaculture farm on the island of Bornholm

-Vinyard in Portugal

-Painting at a bar/hostel in Thailand

-We also own a go pro and drone so can make some cool videos for your business or just for fun

I'm a happy person with a positive outlook on life, I love travelling, working, meeting new people and learning new skills.

I have a full clean Europe driving licence and have experience driving large vans, loaders, bobcats, tractors and mini diggers.

Hobbies of mine include skateboarding, cycling, yoga photography, movies, hiking and general outdoor activities.
