Description
Hi Workaway hosts and people! I am an American student attending university in Canada, and I'm going on an exchange to New Zealand! I study environment and social justice, and I am interested in learning about and connecting with the land, plants, culture, and people of New Zealand. I am very outgoing and adventurous, and love talking and connecting with people. I am interested in doing outdoor activities as well as learning more about permaculture, forest restoration, herbalism, handywork, and really anything outside! I also love art, reading, writing, and love being inspired through exploring with curiosity :)

I have experience farming and gardening! I am studying the environment, so I have a lot of environmental science knowledge. I also am very fit: I play sports, hike, etc. I am friendly and work well with kids. I have worked many service and retail jobs, so I am used to maintaining schedules, communicating duties, and receiving directions. I love to learn and get my hands dirty!
