Hello everyone:
**I'm currently looking for Workaways anytime from mid-August to mid-September in Southern or Eastern Europe. My dates and locations are flexible at this point, until I can secure an opportunity.**
I'm an avid traveler and part-time digital nomad, so I know I'm in good company among Workawayers! I like to meet people while I travel, learn about different cultures, and enjoy picking up new languages. Immersing myself into a different culture is the ideal way for me to travel slowly and truly experience life as a local. That's why I'm drawn to being a Workawayer. I got my first experience working at a backpacker hostel in Mexico a few years ago, which was memorable and fun. I would love the opportunity to do that again!
I've traveled quite a bit over the years. I've been to Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, and the Philippines...just to name a few spots. I even lived in Spain for a couple years. I hope to continue my travels as a Workawayer whenever I can.

I speak Spanish at an intermediate level, but want to continue practicing, with the hopes of becoming fluent someday. I don't mind leveling up any other language skills as well. I'm also open to helping others learn and practice speaking English!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I build websites for a living, so I'm happy to help with your website or provide general help with computers. I also work part-time as a pet sitter, so I've watched and cared for several animals, mostly dogs, over the years. I would love to spend time with your pets if you have them!
I've volunteered as a teacher in the Philippines, where I taught English & Science to 5th graders. It was a challenging but rewarding experience, so I'd welcome the opportunity to teach again. As a native English speaker, I'd be happy to help you brush up on your English-speaking skills. It would be great for me to practice my foreign language skills too, so a language exchange would be ideal! I used to live in Barcelona and can handle Spanish, but definitely need practice, as I mentioned before. I also know the basics of French, Portuguese and Tagalog (I understand more than I can speak!), but I'm in no way fluent.
I'm willing and eager to learn new skills when given the chance. I have a strong interest in permaculture, organic farming, and sustainable practices in general. I also love the beach and ocean, so activities involving the water would be great. I enjoy interacting with kids or fellow travelers, and working with pets, especially dogs. I'm pretty open and flexible, so I can help out with just about anything else.
