Description
Hi there! My name is Rubi and I'm from Guadalajara, Mexico.
I graduated from the University of Guadalajara in 2022, and about to start my master's studies in Biodiversity Conservation at NTU in the UK.
I'm into outdoor activities, hiking and trekking, swimming, yoga, painting, drawing and clay sculpture.
I'm a open minded person, team player, empathetic, respectful of all kinds of mindsets and I love engaging in deep conversation sharing life experiences and perspectives.
Also I've been scouting since 2008 in the Scout Association of Mexico, were I have volunteered in various activities, such as gardening, working with seniors, summer camps for cub scouts, community service in response to natural disasters, infrastructure and environment for international events and art projects for children.
As a biologist I've worked with primates caretaker, bats monitoring and turtles conservation in Mexico.
I'm a hardworker not scared of getting my hands dirty while exchanging laughs and smiles with other volunteers and ready to contribute as much as I can to your projects.
