Hello ! I am Rozenn, a 24 years old woman from France :)
After 6 years of studies I just became an art therapist, but before heading off for this new journey I am willing to spend time with myself and far away from the busy life from Paris. In the past, I also lived in Russia and Norway, and traveled quite a bit around Europe. In France, I mostly work with kids and teenagers, in hospitals, both as an animator (offering recreational activities in groups) and art-therapist (offering individual sessions).

I would say I’m a sensitive, curious and creative person. I both love encountering new people, learn from them and their culture, but also need also time off, to write, read and rest. I am truly looking for both of that during that travel. I enjoy very much to create (I paint, draw, do photography, collages) and get inspired by what surrounds me, as well as other’s people’s art.
Being in nature, walking, hiking, swimming, observing nature brings me true happiness and that’s one of the reason why I chose Costa Rica to spend 2/3 months from September 2023. I also want to practice my spanish : I think I understand it well overall, next step is to practice and speak !

My travel to Costa Rica :
In september I will be leaving France with my friend Cindy, with whom I will be traveling for the first month. We are looking for one or two volunteering experiences, to do together (two pictures at the end of my profile are with Cindy) :)
After, in October until the beginning of November, I will be with my boyfriend Antonin in Costa Rica. We are also looking for a volunteering experience or two (one picture at the end of my profile is with Antonin).
The rest of my trip will be a solo trip !

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I believe I am good at being creative in general and do things from scratch whether it is cooking, do a craft project or solve something that may look like a problem in the first place !

As someone’s who works in the medical and therapy field, I think I’m good at listening people and creating authentic bonds, if that may be a skill. I also love taking care of children !

I speak french, english, spanish (it’s a work in progress) and used to speak a bit of russian and norwegian. I love to exchange about languages, cultures and travelling in general !

My friends say I’m quite good at taking photographs and thet also say I always make too much food when I invite them over🤷🏻‍♀️🍲
