Hi!
My name is Ron, I'm 24 years old, from Israel.
As a kid, I used to live in Italy for a couple of years, where I studied in an international school and discovered my passion for different cultures and languages. I speak English and Hebrew fluently, and have a B2 level Italian. I also speak very little Arabic (which I intend to learn more of!)
As a high school student in Israel, I volunteered in one of our many local youth movements, where I was tutoring my hometown's youth and teaching them about ideals of equality, social justice and coexistence; this means I have experience with children & teens. There, I also learned I enjoy "getting my hands dirty", and doing maintenance/gardening/farm work. I wouldn't say I'm an expert in these types of work, but I learn very quickly.
I was a bartender for a couple of years before I started travelling the world, at the beginning of 2025. Back then I felt like I needed a change, and set out on a journey across the world to make connections with people from all around.

I will be more than happy to exchange languages with you, teach you about my Israeli and Jewish culture, and help you with whatever task you give me. I have a very strong work-ethic, and when I take on a task, I'm always determined to see it through!

I am a firm believer in language-learning as a bridge between cultures and nations. To me, learning someone's language is a way into their head and heart. This is why my goal in life is to be a polyglot, and more specifically as an Israeli, to become proficient in Arabic. If you'd like to do a language-swap and help me with that goal, that would be very much appreciated.
