Description
Hello, I'm Pao... I'm 22 years old who about to grad from university life in Germany. Before going back to my home country (Thailand). I want to travel abroad for a few months, hopefully, Turkey and Georgia.

For me, there is no better way to learn about yourself rather than traveling. I used to do volunteer abroad a couple of times during my uni years. It helps me re-discover myself, and simplify what I want in life.

I'm an accountable and responsible person. Working on things routinely and independently is my nature of work. I'm hands-on with digital skills (web design, web content, social media management) if that is needed :)

I hope to share and learn from you guys. If we are lucky to cross each other paths then I'm really grateful.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
To sum up myself in one word. it would be open-minded. I believe that people are allowed to be who they want to be as long as it does not harm others. I also enjoy learning from people and adapting to new environments. Staying independently is not a problem for me.

That's also why I love traveling. It opened me to meet people who shared similar dreams as well as those who have different dreams, to see from their perspectives. I have volunteered as an English teacher once in Vietnam (teaching adults), and once in Taiwan (teaching kids). and that also leads me to the chance to study in Munich.

I love board games. Monopoly, Scribbles, Werewolf, Jenga, etc. whatever you bring to the table. My interests are writing and traveling. I love to go places and write about people I met along the way. Everybody has different stories, and I want to write them out according to my eyes.

I spent a great summertime with Jasmin, Walter, and Aleah. It was my first workaway experience and I'm really grateful to be with this lovely and charming Austrian family.
Everything was very easy-going and comfortable as Jasmin and Walter insisted on it. The fridge is always filled with food (and my lovely cabanossi sausage!) We always had time… read more together for lunch and during the day. Jasmin and Walter always made me laugh at all those stories they have been through over their holidays. Jasmin’s an amazing cook, she turns veggie into something really delicious with her cooking skills. There are varieties of veggies in the farm, and I had the best tomatoes in my life here. I always have a great conversation on our life stories which we shared and from that, I also learned a lot from them. On some afternoon, I also spent time with Aleah playing games. She’s a bit shy at first, but once you get to know her better. It’s can be seen truly that she’s a lovely and madly fun little girl. (By the way, Danky for your gift Aleah, I love it 😊)
While the family were on holidays, I spent a lot of time off my usual life (obviously less time with computer hahaha), instead of that I’m more out in the field and enjoys the present of all the animals. It was really cool to get to know the animals’ personality. A lot of them are a bit crazy (in a good way!). The llamas were really shy and weird at first, but it’s getting better with the time you spent with them. The goats are really playful and there is one name Trude, the brown mommy goat who always act like she’s another llama. Cheeky and Chanty which are now in Goat’s heaven. The three ducks are better than my own alarm clock, their noise can be heard from distance. The cats (Moka, Mina, Mali, Mili) are always around the house and I got lucky enough to see Mina’s babies. Getting used to all these animals are something special to me and it gave me a goosebump feeling on the last day of stay.
The location of the house is perfect. You can reach the lakes near Danube within 10 mins by bike. Cycling along the Danube before the sunset is the thing I would recommend. I also have chances to visit the farmers’ market and the art market in Ottensheim. There have amazing local products and I got to try a local brewed beer with Walter (It always great to have beers with Walter in anytime of the day!). On the last day of stay, we went to Traunsee, it was very beautiful, amazing scenery with the lakes and mountains surrounded.
All in all, I could not ask for a better experience. Thanks to Jasmin, Walter, and Aleah for showing me Austrian natural-bonded way of living. It was a lovely time for me and we will definitely see each other again.
