Description
Hi, we are Noe and Malte!
Together we are on a journey to get to know the world while supporting beautiful projects and people.
Noe: I am passionate about spending time with animals and creating art. Nature is my inspiration and my safe space, which is why I dream of exploring different cities and countries while doing what I love most.
I’ve been riding for about eight years, and for the past four I’ve had two regular riding participations. Over time, I developed a real passion for groundwork and liberty training — I love building a respectful, trusting connection with horses.
Earlier this year, I spent six weeks on a horse farm as part of a work exchange, which was an enriching and inspiring experience. Besides working with horses, I’m also happy to help with feeding animals, cleaning stables, general farm work, gardening, and even cooking. I really enjoy learning new skills and working in nature with animals and people who share similar values.
Malte:
I am an event technician from Munich taking a break from city live. My passion is music and I enjoy working with my hands. Being outdoor calms my mind and gives me space and new energy.
I wan to get know new people, listen to their stories and get to know their culture and way of living, to get a better understanding of the world.
I enjoy exploring food, lifestyles, and cultural traditions.
Last year I finished my training as a stage technician at a cultural center in Munich. Alongside that, I’ve been giving skate lessons to children for the past five years — which taught me a lot about patience, communication, and having fun while learning.
I really like working with my hands, especially in gardening, building projects, and maintenance work. Manual work is a great balance to my technical background, and I enjoy seeing tangible results from what I build or fix. I’ve always loved animals and would really like to gain more hands-on experience working with them on farms or rural projects.
We’re especially drawn to projects involving building, animals, sustainable living, cooking, and creative projects. We love being outdoors, learning new things, and working together with others on different tasks.
We both enjoy being part of a community, sharing good energy, and learning from people with different experiences. At the same time, we’re independent, responsible, and happy to take initiative.
We both love to cook and would be happy to share some of our favorite recipes with you!
We hope this helps you get to know us a little better, and we’d be super happy to hear from you! 🌻

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Noe:
I I’ve been riding horses for over 9 years, and for 3 of those years, I’ve had a horse share. I also enjoy hands-on work like restoring furniture, fixing bikes, and similar projects, although I’d love to expand beyond the basics I already know. In my free time, I draw, make pottery, and explore various forms of art, and I’m planning to study something art-related in the future. Cooking is another passion of mine—especially since i started following a vegan diet, which has sparked my curiosity about the endless possibilities with food.
Malte:
-hands on work with tools (painting, DIY Furniture)
-gain experience in animal care
-technical understanding
-fast learner
-very patient
