Hello everyone,
my name is Nico(las), I'm 24 years old and live in Berlin, Germany.
After spending the summer months doing various workaway stays on farms in beautiful norway, I've decided to once again go work-and-travelling through the winter. This time I'm focusing on warmer temperatures, so I'm open to everything in southern Europe / northern Africa.
In Germany I worked a range of jobs, gaining work experience in retail, customer service and everything surrounding office jobs (MS Office, Wordpress, etc.).
In Norway I had the opportunity to do a lot of farm work, i.e. planting and harvesting , weeding, taking care of the plants, landscaping, light construction & painting.
I'm an open minded, easy going guy, who's generally up for anything.
I love spending time in nature (hiking, swimming, yoga, meditation), reading (especially the classics), learning bits of new languages, cinema and love blasting music (anything rock/folk/alternative from the 60s to the 80s is my favorite).

I speak German, English and some Norwegian and I'm always open and curious about learning new languages
I have a heart for animals and usually work well with them!
I'm not a chef by any means but I enjoy cooking a variety of meals and enjoy baking as well.
I've had some experience doing handy work (construction, landscaping) and working with different tools.
I'd consider myself a fast and eager learner.

The area is beautiful, with nice hiking trails and access to water everywhere. You are free to use their bikes and kayaks to explore the region.
