i'm an assistant winemaker, i'm working during the harvest season in different winery and country every years( portugal france, austria, italy) , i'm also a sommelier and i'm in love with gastronomy. i was working as a volunteer in an hostel in the north of norway for six months meanwhile exploring the beauty of the artic.
