Description
Hi everyone! I'm Mel and I am seeking new opportunities and adventures!

I have been travelling (almost) full time for the past year, starting with a beautiful trip across the continental USA, visiting national parks and camping out of my '08 Outback to work at a spiritual retreat center in the San Juan Islands. Then, I spent the winter working on a farm animal sanctuary on Big Island, Hawaii. I am looking for a shorter term position this fall.

I am always in search of beautiful views, seasonal work, and cool people. I love to read, practice yoga and meditation, hike and camp, garden, rock climb, bike, drink coffee, cook, and connect with people in good conversation. I would love a travel buddy so reach out!

Margaret (Mel) was a valued contributor at our 76-acre retreat center with a central kitchen and dining hall, pavilion for programs, large library, and a collection of plumbed and unplumbed cabins of varying sizes.
