Hi there! We are Megan and Olivia from Ohio, US. We’re a friendly, reliable couple who love to slow travel! We’re easygoing, respectful, and comfortable taking on responsibility.

As naturally creative and hardworking people, we are eager to pitch in on all help that is needed wherever we go, and learn as much as we can along the way. We take pride in our work ethic, friendliness, creativity, and ability to learn quickly.

Together we have a graphic design and branding business where we help other business owners with photography, web design, and creative direction. This is something we are very passionate and knowledgeable about and we would love to provide our skills to you if that is of interest!

Before having our creative business we spent time working on rental houses and apartments doing general maintenance and upkeep for incoming tenants – painting, laying floors, repairing walls, cleaning. We also spent 4 years growing gourmet mushrooms and selling at our local farmers markets. That's a hobby we love to share with others as well if you'd like to learn!

We have completed dozens of house and animal sits across the U.S., caring for homes, pets, plants, and daily routines while owners were away using TrustedHouseSitters. Being reliable, consistent, and respectful of other people’s spaces has always been a priority. Wanting to dive deeper into culture and make positive impacts while traveling naturally drew us towards WorkAway.

Our skills and hobbies include baking, cooking, hiking, reading, swimming, and any kind of creative project. We genuinely enjoy helping and being part of daily life. Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We are two self-driven creatives who have built a life around learning new things, making spaces better, and doing whatever we take on really well!

Our skills are creative and hands on.
- We spent a few years working with a rental property company doing flooring, painting, cleaning, light demo, and remodeling. We're totally comfortable getting our hands dirty, learning new things, taking direction, and seeing a job all the way through.
- We also ran a gourmet mushroom business for three years, growing and selling at farmers markets. We built that brand from scratch and it caught enough attention that other vendors started asking us to help with their branding. That's how we realized branding and design had been a natural skill all along, and we eventually leaned into it full time, allowing us to travel more (our ultimate goal).
- For the past three years we've been traveling as digital nomads, running a travel blog (megandliv.com) and doing photography, video, and content strategy for boutique hotels and resorts.
- We are also experienced house sitters with two years on Trusted House Sitters, caring for people's homes, animals, and plants like they are our own.

We love to learn, we take direction well, and we genuinely enjoy the feeling of completing something to the fullest of our abilities.
