Hi, I'm Matilde and I'm 19. I just finished my last year of high school, so I wanted to take a gap year to explore more and open up to new experiences. I live in Turin, a beautiful city in northern Italy near the mountains, that’s why I love hiking, camping, skiing, and nature. I’ve already been hosted by families from Dublin, Valencia, and Malta during my high school and middle school years, but I’ve never traveled alone before, so I think that’s the right time for me to start!! I’d love to learn about new cultures and new people :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I've just graduated from highschool where I studied languages (English, Spanish and also German altough I can barely speak it). During my free time I've worked with children in a summer camp for 2 years. This job involved creating games to entertain the children, teamwork with my colleagues, and dealing with problems and tricky situations on my own. Through this experience, I've developed skills such as problem solving, time management, creativity, and of course teamwork.
In addition to this, I have also experience with pet sitting, a bit of gardening, painting, cleaning, and using Microsoft software :)
