I am a 27 year-old American who loves to try new things and get her hands dirty. I've worked in the "self help" field for several years as a Mentor Coach and Life Coach.

I find so much joy in using or eating something that I've made with my own hands. I love a good chat and hearing people's life stories as I believe you can always learn something from everyone you meet.

I enjoy manual labor and am a hard worker. If I'm outdoors and moving my body I'm typically a happy camper :) I can help out with a variety of projects - planting, harvesting, painting, construction, stacking wood, animal care, child care - you name it. I'm a quick learner and like to gain new skills.

As a self-proclaimed DIY-er, I make my own candles and kombucha. Recently, I started making sourdough bread and pottery. I have experimented with fermentation and canning as means of food preservation and love to garden.

My husband and I are finally making our dream a reality and will start building our off-grid homestead in 2024. I'm interested in learning about permaculture and growing, harvesting, fermenting, preserving food - anything related to running a successful homestead. I'm particularly interested to learn about caring for the land through indigenous practices and wisdom.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am eager to learn about practices and skills related to living off-grid, growing & preserving food, gardening, and homesteading. I am physically fit and enjoy trying new things and manual labor.

I have experience with fermentation and canning as methods of food preservation, composting, and gardening. I have 10 nieces and nephews aged 8 years - 1 month old and love being around kids. I would be happy to teach/mentor children and care for animals (both farm animals and house pets).

I can help with building/construction and am comfortable using power tools with guidance. I can help with planting/maintaining gardens, and house related duties. I have a knack for organization and an eye for design, too.

I love learning from others and a good chat. I find people's life stories fascinating and inspiring. I enjoy creative downtime, be it writing poetry, sketching, or coloring. I love to play board games and cards. (Pitch is a family favorite!) I'm an aspiring ukulele player and always welcome music and dance. Of course, I love being outside.
